Good product. Correct item. Free postage but was rather slow to arrive.

I've paid for the item but still waiting for the delivery. You have failed to respond to 2 emails. I've even messaged you today on your chat line & still no response. If I don't hear from you by the end of tomorrow, I want a FULL refund ASAP.

I ordered from uklaptopcharger and received a charger from petrol scooters with an invoice for £8.99 which included delivery. I paid uklaptop chargers £18.99 for an original name brand charger with a year guarantee. When I used the chat service to query my order and my guarantee, I was told that the rudeness was so disrespectful and the charger does not even fit. Notified that i will let others know not to order from this company and was called a liar and a fraud. Still trying to get a refund after 2 weeks. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

I own an ASUS charger that was bundled with my ASUS laptop. I ordered the same item as a spare from this company for £18.99, and whilst I knew it would not be a genuine item I was reassured by the claim that ‘our Chargers & adapters made as per best quality and specifications which do match with Genuine Asus Laptops Chargers’. This is clearly not the case, as when the charger arrived it did not match the photo description on the website, had an unusable flex 1m in length and none of the adaptors supplied would fit my laptop. I chatted with Roger and was told I needed a different adaptor and was offered a ‘genuine’ charger as a replacement but at an additional charge of £22.99. I declined that offer and advised that I wished to cancel. I also requested a return address but was told I would not be refunded the return postage as the connector was clearly described on the website, so it was my fault for ordering the wrong item?

I am still waiting for a return address. There is no return address on the website, and whilst I may be entitled to a refund under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (for any reason) within a minimum 14-day cooling off period, I cannot exercise that right without a return address. So it looks like I now own a charger I cannot use and no prospect of a refund. It is clear from the reviews here on trust pilot and on the company facebook page that this company has a very bad track record over many years. A lesson for me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Utterly scandalous.
Received totally wrong item, wrong voltage and wrong connector and worth less than half what I paid. No way of contacting them, no response to email or live chat, phone number doesn't work.
Raised paypal dispute.

Item ordered easily on line, delivered quickly. Good service.

I put in an order 3 days ago and got an email to say the order had been received. Only to yesterday receive an email from someone’s personal address to track my parcel, I’m not sure if it’s a scam or the actual company themselves but upon following the link it stopped me saying it was a dangerous website. So was this tracking email someone else or actually them or what?

i payed £7.99 for 24-48hr shipping and its been 4 days and hasn’t arrived

I received a faulty charger. The charger becomes extremely hot when used.

I emailed uklaptopcharger.co.uk and I have not received a email back or any contact.

I placed an order on 5th and still haven't received it. All I keep getting are review emails!!

We are very pleased with the delivery of the charger, the chat line person located the correct charger quickly, we paid for delivery between 1-3 days and it arrived within the timeframe. Thank you.
