Sent wrong charger
Sent wrong charger. A asked them to fix the order and they asked for the model. I gave them this no no reply. Best part of £40 whasted. Since found multiple 1 star reviews.

I purchased replacement laptop charger…
I purchased replacement laptop charger for my Dell Inspiron (Model P75F - Reg Type no. P75001). I barely used it for two months and today when it was connected to my laptop, smoke started to come out and it got burnt. The fuse on the plug didn't work. Please do not buy this product as it is a safety risk.

Please never buy from this company! They are an actual joke. I’ve sent two emails asking to return an item and they don’t ever respond. No customer service what so ever. I wish I had done my research before and had never bought from them. They have so many negative reviews and rightly so! Absolutely shocking

I would advise never using this company for any purchase
Bought correct laptop charger from this supplier. Charger got very hot and melted, thus failing approx 4 months after purchase. Company refused to refund or replace item, stating they only offer 3 month warranty on their chargers, which contradicts website and UK consumer law. I would advise never using this company for any purchase.

I wouldn't trust this company
This company claims to sell genuine laptop chargers but in fact they charge a high price and then buy off Ebay who then send the product to you. I can't be sure if it would have been sent a genuine charger as I was sent a hairdryer! The company charged me nearly £18 but brought a charger that should have been sent to me via Ebay for £6. How do I know? The receipt was in the box!!! Oh and you can't phone them only use a chat box on their website.
