If I could give no stars then I would. I echo all those that have given one star. False promise online, no confirmation, no product arrived, numerous requests for an update on my order using both email addresses, (support@UKlaptopcharger. co.uk.
uklaptopcharger1@gmail. com), also completed online contact enquiry form and, also called listed number 07378 414084, which seemingly now no longer exists, probably due to the number of complaints.
Also paid via PP, so money safe, but that's not the point. To my regret I did not do my usual due diligence, I rushed into ordering from this mob as the product I ordered from a previous company cancelled as they were out of stock.
Do not use these.

As stated by previous reviews. This is designed to rob you of your money, plain and simple.
Good website BUT their email is 'gmail'????
I found the item, chose delivery method and paid online. NO confirmation, NO response to emails sent, NO item arrived.
Luckily, I used PP and got my money back.
DON'T USE THEM.

This company is a scam.I paid for my charger vmbut never sent a receipt on my email for confirmation and I kept sending messages never replied all my messages. I never received my charger. I contacted my bank. Please be careful this company is a scam.

I was also scammed by this company,no delivery or tracking number,so after a week I contacted them via Facebook,all promises of checking up on order and offering a replacement if order was lost within a few days,well after 2 weeks now they won't even respond to my Facebook request for a delivery number or refund.total scammers do not use them.

This lot are fraudsters plain and simple. Took the payment, sent one email saying the order was received then, didn't respond to emails or calls. Never sent the goods. FRAUDS.

Never received the item. Also didn't receive a reply to my email letting them know that I hadn't received it. Had to claim a refund via PayPal.

Ordered a genuine HP laptop charger which arrived quickly but not exactly what I wanted...

1) not the part number listed on website - this is for a work laptop... I want the product specified by my own company and the product listed on UK Laptop Charger website!

2) the charger which came was damaged in 2 places (failed a PAT test) both of which are visibly obvious,

3) it arrived a used product when the listing makes no mention of this,

4) Immediately reported the above to UK Laptop Charger & the response to my initial complaint is as follows-

4.i) it's a mistake from the factory,
4.ii) they're sending a new one,
4.iii) part number has nothing to do with anything!

I have waited 6 weeks for a new replacement, nothing.
I have asked for proof of sending, Silence.
I have asked for a refund, Silence.

Seeking to step this up a gear as it's clearly in breach our consumer rights.
Selling me a used and damaged electrical product is shocking!

AVOID this cowboy!

When I ordered my lead, I was never sent a tracking code. It seemed to take a long time so I messaged asking if I could have the tracking code as I had no idea when it was due to appear. John emailed me back and told me it was delivered and sent me a pic that the delivery people had apparently taken.

It had not been delivered. It was suggested I ask people who were living with me if I had it! Well this was definitely not my door and I sent a pic to prove it. Again asking for the tracking code so I could try and figure out where it had gone.

Again there was none forthcoming. No idea why was so cagey handing me the tracking number. Was told they'd chase it up.

A few hours later, got a message saying apparently it had returned to the factory so not sure why I got the info that it was apparently delivered. Said they would get another one sent out.

It did finally arrive and like the other reviews, it did not match the picture. The advertising is misleading and you are sent cheaper rubbish instead. Beware of this cowboy.

Could see it's a Uk company. So pleased my order arrived in 2 to 3 days. Fitted my laptop as I hoped.

when the charger arrived, the package had been ripped open then taped.
I was not at all impressed.

The wrong product was sent from a third party company. When tried to contact UKLatopCharger for refund we were told we would have to pay for shipping and handling fee and when we refused as it was their mistake we were ignored.

Charger a very cheap version of the one shown in illustration. Plug also cracked and no response from them after contacting them to explain the situation.

If you are happy to pay for a product and receive a different one then that's the shop to go for. Paying for a 26000MHA power bank that initially went 'lost in transit' and was supposed to be delivered with an express service paid extra. After 1 week the product was replaced with a 24000MHA similar product, different brand, definetely not worth £136 paid for the initial purchase. When getting in touch in order to have a replacement of the product they stopped replying to my emails. SIMPLY A FRAUD!!! Extremely dissapointed so....just stay away from this web site if you really care about your money!!!!

I got the correct charger and it came in plenty of time for me to use my laptop as I needed work printed and photos to be added.

Firstly the unit is NOT a genuine Microsoft part as advertised but a cheap Chinese knock off. Secondly the charging end didn’t seem to fit my laptop properly. Thirdly the mains cable didn’t fit the charger and it also seems that the charger mains connector is broken on arrival! Have been back to them by email and message with no response so am returning the item with a request for a refund. I wonder if I will get it or be forced to issue a winding up petition for a unsatisfied creditor of the Company?!

Clear and easy to use ordering.
Good price and delivery.
The amperage on the replacement label is higher than the original but I ordered the item using the laptop make and model on the app.
I'm assuming that it's ok and won't damage the laptop. I'm not an electrician so take their word that this is correct.
