Arrived ok, abandoned on the doorstep by courier. Delivered yesterday (19 Sep 2023), paid for 2-3 day delivery expected it 16 Sep 2023. Still awaiting reply to messages

We bought a laptop charger and provided a specific model number. Paid additional postage for quick delivery. They sent the wrong model. Tried to get in touch to return twice - no reply. Had to purchase elsewhere. Their T&Cs - 14 days to return, you pay all postage, they will replace for correct model otherwise 20% re-stocking fee. Site makes it almost impossible to find where you send it to. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE. Very poor customer service. I would avoid this supplier.

Quick and professional ordering and delivery .

No paperwork whatsoever, no confirmation email, no invoice.
When unit arrived it was incorrect charger.
Support to try & resolve issue & get an invoice is poor & still ongoing.
Would not use this company again.

Website made it easy to work out what to order. Did what it said on the tin.

Quick response to query and the charger works, though it's not the one I ordered. Reasonable price, too.

I selected (and paid for) 24-48 hours delivery but, when I queried why it hadn't arrived within that time, was told that it was actually 1-2 working days, which is obviously not the same.

Remember to complete the order after confirming that it has been delivered.

To be honest, helpful and constructive?!?...ok...wrong item has been send...no reply to my mail...no chance to have my money back...

The item I ordered was not the one that was delivered.

I ordered my charger on Tuesday 1st of August and was told to expect delivery in 3 to 4 days.

The charger had not arrived by the following Saturday so I left a message on the company website and was told I would have a response within 4 to 24 hours. I had heard nothing by the following Monday morning so emailed to the company email address but still no response. I called and left a voice mail later that day and twice on the Tuesday morning. I then tried the website chat and eventually had a reply to my email address. I was told the charger was delivered on the Saturday morning and left in "our safe place) with a note put through the door by the delivery driver. I had never designated a safe place and there was no note put through the door. I searched around the house and found the charger pushed under the table on the patio and out of site, somewhere I would never have looked. My rating of 1 is down to two things. 1 The very poor communication from UK lap top chargers, they make it very difficult to contact them when they don't respond to your emails and messages.2 The delivery service was very poor.

Charger didn't arrive at the time required. No confirmation of receipt when placing the order and when I attempted to contact the company to change the delivery address and establish whether the order had been made I had no response.

The ordering and delivery was first class but the after service was not good. I raised a query with them after delivery and was promised an answer with 24 hours or within 4 days. I have not had an answer.
