Quick service, better quality charger (longer cable and more functional design) than the original branded one, the only reason it's not five stars is that the connector falls out of the port a little too easily of its own accord. Other than that, very happy with my purchase.

I bought a laptop charger and it doesn't work. I sent an email requesting a replacement. I received a reply stating we will look into this and get back to you. After that i never heard back. I sent another email and they didn't even bother replying back. These people are nothing more than thieves selling cheap faulty equipment don't bother buying from here

The charger doesn't charge my Asus E210M laptop and my emails regarding it have been ignored

Firstly, charger discription doesnt match the product I recived. Asked for a refund and return label- "company" replied stating that I need to pay for the return label which Im happy to do. No response from them at all in regards to my return label. First I got a long email stating some useless information, trying to potray the company to be professional. Then I recived an email stating: "sure, but will cost you for return label and handling fees." Then I responded again stating that I am willing to pay for the label and handling fees- followerd by no response. The company is not legally registerd in the uk and its "business adress" is a house in Oldbbury- 73 basons lane. Avoid at all costs. Buy off Amazon, at least you have customer protection and legislatoin in place to protect you.

delivered in good time and does the job

Charger was sent quickly, and arrived very fast. Excellent service. The charger block gets a bit hot when charging so I do not leave my laptop charging whilst I am not in the room. Would definitely recommend this company for all extra computer spares.

A good product at a very reasonable price.
(Other purchasers should be aware that like all "chop mode"power supplies it can get quite hot in continuous use)

Found what i needed after amazon sent wrong item it arrived promptly and works perfectly sill definitely use these guys again

Regular communication and product arrival was very timely

Took over a week to arrive. Found to be fitted with a European 2 pin plug and no adapter supplied. The integral mains power lead was very short and when cut to fit a 3 pin UK plug, the wires were not colour coded to UK spec. A cheap import. I won't be using them again.
