The product is great & arrived within the 24-48hr period- just.
I knocked 1 star off as I emailed them with a question about the timing of the delivery & never heard back.

Advertised as a genuine charger, received a reproduced, non genuine charger. Sent an email asking for a refund - no response. Wasted £17.99!!!

Straighforward ordering proces, product arrived in excellent condition,

Supplied a wrong charger despite def right charger ordered according to info on their site. Requested a return or refund, or exchange 3 days ago and no reply despite online form promising response in 24hrs

Still haven't even r3ceived item when payed for 24 to 48 hour delivery over a week ago absolute jokes with no contact at the back

Got sent wrong charger 1st of April 2023. Sent email and phoned. No response as yet. Awful service.

The charger was the incorrect one for my laptop. The company offered free returns and sent me a replacement swiftly

The item arrived on time and was used immediately and worked ok, no problems...

I had no order confirmation email. Product arrived with no order details. I returned it and you sent out another ..again no email saying you've sent another. Again product arrived and it's incompatible to what was ordered. I have now sent another email asking for a refund. Why don't you communicate with your customers!

I was charged 17.99 for a charger that was ordered from eBay for 9.99

Reading the reviews made me super nervous that I was about to be scammed, but to my surprise everything worked out fine. The item arrived, although a day or two late, and works perfectly. I think this company is a one-man-band type set up, so service may be erratic at times, but I have no complaints with the service I received. Would use again, with less trepidation.

I ordered a laptop adapter from them, received it in 2 days after they emailed me to make sure i have ordered the right one (exactly opposite amazon and ebay that don't give a damn), worth the price, very happy with the service. Made me to support local online retailers in future that care about you. Defo recommend.

Asked for advice which charger would be compatible, very helpful and told me which to order. However when it arrived it didnt fit the laptop. They swiftly sent a return label and sent an alternative, which still didn't fit. When i asked for another return label and a refund their response wasn't as helpful. They said the chargers worked with their laptops and it was my fault for not trying to fix the issue?! When i chased them up for the return label, i was told it would be 4-5 days. That was 11 days ago and still waiting.....
