Poor Service
There is a lack of communication with this company. I don't understand what the difficulty for the company to respond to customer enquiries. When they do respond you do not know who is responding. I have asked for VAT invoice 3-4 times now and they promise to provide one soon. Needless to say they still haven't provided one. Good good enough

Bad customer experience
I wanted to return an item and they wouldn't give me any information for a return address. They don't give a cooling off period and tried to gaslight me that the return date had passed (fyi the return date starts on the day you receive your delivery and not before). DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - Very unprofessional!
