Unprofessional and lazy
Paid for express delivery (2-3 days) and didn't receive it for 9 days. Emailed company for refund and explaination and received an email from them, presumably drunk, at 3am blaming me for the delay. I will be contacting a solicitor to get the refund back. Avoid using, unprofessional.

Ordered two Lenovo OEM chargers. One received, second on back order. Fine.
Then had to chase for second charger, and was sent a non-OEM Chinese copy. Not what I ordered. Company now on radio silence. Not good enough!

Delivery poor
Ordering was fine, and charger seems to work OK (though it's only its first day so far).
But delivery was poor, with no tracking info, and a first attempt at delivery that failed to ring properly so that although at home we were unaware until we found ` unable to deliver since you were out' notice.
Luckily we were sitting right by the front door when the second attempt was made.
