I ordered a charger on NYE and paid a premium for early delivery. As it had not arrived yesterday, I messaged and emailed the company.
I have had no confirmation of the order, no response to my messages or email and the charger has still not arrived, 4 days later.
I am beginning to wonder if this company really exists and if I have been scammed?

Charger does not work, FRAUD, do not use this company or website, they don't respond, charged £18.99 & invoice £9, called number on invoice+ they said nothing to do with them,their contract is with someone on eBay, DO NOT USE

I waited 13 days for delivery and had almost give up
on receiving the charger.

After placing my order I received my package without any problem and I'm pleased with the product!!

I bought this product as I needed a quick replacement for my son as his charger broke. I paid £7.99 for the 24-48 hour delivery, which ended up taking 4 days, no apologies when emailed, no refund. I also found out that they buy the laptop chargers from an Amazon and eBay company called petrol scooter for nearly half the price before selling them on making a tidy profit. The invoice that came was from petrol scooter for £9.99. I paid £18 for the charger and £7.99 for delivery. To top this off, UK laptop charger gave my name and personal phone number to another customer who called me as her charger was wrong. I have since emailed several times as the only phone number is off their Facebook site and doesn't work. There has been no reply to any of my emails apart from once because they never even gave me a tracking reference number.
Dreadful service, DO NOT USE.

Stay away from these cowboys!

A very poor service. Supplied a charger that arrived late, and when it finally arrived it did not work. This was for a family gift and I had to order elsewhere.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with them, they tried to say it was my fault because I ordered an incompatible charger for the laptop. This is complete rubbish, as the order confirmation confirms that I ordered correctly. They have offered to credit the cost of the charger but not the delivery costs, or the return carriage charges for the defective unit!

I now have to write off £30+ for a charger that does not work, and they have refused to reply to any other communication/emails.

A disgrace of a company with late delivery, defective goods and non-existent customer services.

While I did receive the product I ordered, there were no order confirmation nor dispatch emails from UKlaptopcharger.co.uk despite contacting them via email and phone.
I even wondered if I’d been scammed even though I registered on the website!
Won’t use this seller again.

the laptop charger is faulty & does not work, it was delivered with an invoice from Petrol Scooter £9.39 when UK laptop charger charged me £18.99. I called Petrol Scooter & they said UK Laptop charger order from them and invoice customers with a high mark up but they can't help me as it is nothing to do with them, I have emailed UK laptop charger, no response & no one answers the phone, Do not order from this company.

I paid for delivery within two days, it came later than that and it was the wrong laptop charger. I’ve been trying to sort out the problem via email and it’s taken over a week and still isn’t fixed.

Ordered a Samsung laptop charger and was delivered within seven days.
Thanks to the customer service through Facebook chat. However it will be good to get updates about item delivery.

delivery and product conformity

i received the wrong charger and i cant find an address to return it

Still waiting for replacement charger after 9 days of ordering, emailed twice but still had no reply from company.

If the last 1 I received was from you. It came with no return address. Was the wrong 1 but nowhere to send back to.
