Similar experience to all of the other reviews. My little sister had lost her key, called this company and was told it would be £59.99 - no mention of call-out fees or additional charges. The guy came out, drilled a hole, pushed the lock out and told her it would be £125. He then said to have a new lock fitted it would be an additional £125. We called to complain and was told it was a ‘difficult job’ so they’d had to charge accordingly, even though it took all of 5 minutes and was no different to the job we’d initially called them about. The company refused to give us an email or name to take our complaint further, and have no blocked my number. Avoid at all costs

They will quote you £49 then try to charge you for multiple things you don't need. I managed to haggle the bloke down from £200 as 'there was no other way but to drill the lock out' to which I said another firm that quoted me said they could open the door without abrasion and I will call them instead. The locksmith told me he will look again and within 15 seconds miraculously realised he could open it without the need to drill it. He then informed me due to having British high security locks it was going to cost me double the £49 which was quoted and managed to get the door open within 5 seconds, not exactly high security if you ask me. I made the locksmith aware I felt he was taking advantage of mine, my wife's and our small child's position by over charging us for things we didn't need just to be able to get into our home, after informing him I was quoted £74 by another firm who were 10 minutes away he said just pay me that then and left. I felt the £49 initially quoted was misleading and not accurate due to the customer service adviser explaining it wouldn't cost a penny more than £49 if no locks needed changing and wouldn't use their services again.

Worst company ever!!! Quoted around 100£ and when they came they charge 200£!

They are a joke!!! Before using them please check all the reviews and do not use at all!!
Also they have a very very bad attitude, they are a disgrace for this community!!
I wish I can give 0 stars because they do deserve.

This locksmith recently charged 500 pounds for a simple job that we were subsequently advised by an accredited locksmith should have cost 180 pounds. Also they DO charge for call out even if they claim never to do so on the website.

- He was late for the appointment.
- I clearly expected him to look at the problem, identify a solution and agree an estimate for the repairs.
- After he reached, he quickly checked the problem and without discussing any estimates with my wife who was stood right next to him, went ahead and replaced two springs in the lock and then demanded £150 for the parts and services. I think that is very unprofessional.
- Website talks about a call-out charge of £49 and locks from £25 and here he was demanding twice the amount for repairs.
- When I queried the charge, he said he would take the new springs out and replace them with the old ones for a charge of £70. After much haggling he reduced the amount to £100 and I reluctantly paid.

Clearly not the kind of people you would want to deal with.

Avoid like the plague. I was quoted £49, no mention of VAT or minimum prices. A man arrived to do the job turn out he was subcontracted and the uk local locksmith company were an agency. Was the given a price of £138 plus VAT for a 5 minute job to push a handle down. Their call out fees were minimum £59. So where did the £49 quote come from?. A complete scam.

I didn't understand why your charge me a call-out fee when you wrote clearly on your website that you nerver charge your costumer for call-out fees.
I send you an email to claim a refund, 48 hours later, nobody to answer to me.

Great job, Jonathan was quick to attend and very professional and timely about his work, he wore a face mask and respected social distancing, price wasn't bad either.

Awful service don't use. Hefty quote fee to lock you in and then they ask for a very over inflated price to fix which later proved to be x3 the amount of the actual cost of fixing.

Jonathan was very good, did the work quickly with no fuss or mess. Would recommend!

Avoid if you don't want to be scamed and overcharged. They will take advantage and charge you 50% then market sugest. They price advertise is misleading and they never check details on situation and if you easy to trick charge you double for 5 minutes job, which would've cost you much less with honest company.
