Please be assured that we do not take funds without notification. An email reminder was sent 7 days prior regarding your order however, we’re sorry if this was missed.
Please also check your emails, as our customer service team has provided further updates.
UK MEDS ONLINE customer service
Very disappointed , as I recieved wrong order. I was then promised the correct one would be sent , and it wasnt. 19 emails later this is still unresolved as I then asked for a refund and all I keep getting is a stock email apologising, and saying the will look into it. I would not recommend or purchase from this site again.

Do not use them. They sent out of date medication, sent them photos and they took over 2 weeks to reply. I stated I wanted a refund and they said that they’d already sent a new order to the pharmacy . Already got the medication elsewhere by that point . AVOID
