Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I had a repeat prescription come out that I no longer needed and the team worked quickly to cancel the order so I could get a refund. Money is tight so I am extremely grateful. Special thanks to Ashley for sorting it out.

I needed to order slightly earlier than…

I needed to order slightly earlier than normal and was in contact with customer service, Ashley. Everything was sorted out and I got my item in time for my flight. Brilliant service from ordering to delivery.

UPDATED 28/04/2026!! Usually a great service, not this time though!

I have dealt with the customer services team & resolved the problem. They apologised & will be fixing the problem for me.

I have used UK Meds for years & have never had a problem, until now.
My 6 months supply of medication arrived on 19.03.2026. I have just opened my order as I now need to start using the medication. All 6 boxes of the medication expire in August 2026. Even if I had opened the package immediately one of the boxes would still expire before I would've had time to use them.
I was going to complain to UK Meds but their website says to post a letter of complaint to their address. As I live 1/2 the year abroad I am unable to do this as I probably would not receive the reply until I am back in the UK.

Delays and no communication

Paid for next day delivery earlier this week. Item has not even been dispensed. No updates - no phone lines, live chat isn’t enabled and contact form receives no response. Seems pretty unprofessional for a company dispensing prescription medication?

From checking your account, your order was placed on the 15th and reviewed by our doctors on 17th April. As advised on our website, the review process can take up to 72 hours during busy periods. ( Your review date: 17 April 2026 at 18:23 )

Our pharmacy team works Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. As your order was reviewed after the collection cut-off time on Friday, it could not be dispatched that day. The pharmacy was closed over the weekend.

Still waiting on my package Yodel left my package on a Radom door and not placing my packing in my letter box.
