I’m very sorry to hear about the delays. I can see that your order was placed after the next-day service cut-off ahead of the Easter holiday.

As advised on the website last week, orders placed before 31st March at 2:30pm qualified for next-day delivery, while those placed after this time/date were scheduled for dispatch following the bank holiday period.

Our pharmacy team was closed for a few days and returned on Tuesday 7th April. From checking your account, the order has been processed, and marked as delivered.

My initial review was negative because I appeared to have received the wrong medication. However UKMeds have now explained that what I received is the same as what I ordered. They have spent time to resolve the matter to my satisfaction.

Short changed

Delivery was prompt but only half what I paid for, I immediately messaged along with a photo of the box they sent but four days on and no response.
Won’t use them again 😡

Not customer driven.

The subscription on my account has been updating for over a week now. I tried to change the date, then it cancelled? So, I tried to order my medication as a one-off, but I couldn`t because I have an outstanding subscription for it!!!!
I couldn`t find an email address, or telephone number to contact them; just an online chat, which requires an order number to move forward, then it says, `will reply within 48 hours`
Not very customer driven. Please improve.

UK Meds promise "next day delivery"

UK Meds promise "next day delivery", and charges close to £10.00 for the privilege.

I decided to pay for it, as I am suffering from an infection and needed the medication delivered as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, despite the highest price I've paid for a DPD delivery to date, at 4 pm today, DPD hasn't even received the package, and will now deliver it only tomorrow.

Thanks, UK Meds for ensuring I will suffer for an additional 24 hours, and for letting my infection grow stronger.

I expect a full refund, including the medication, after this debacle.

Ordered three items and paid extra for next day delivery. Only one item arrived the following day, one item could not be supplied and the third arrived four days later. Not a great experience.
