Great company

I have had medication from them on numerous occasions and as always the dealings with them was faultless, delivered items very quickly and always impressed by how easy it is to use their website.

Accidental reorder

Service is quick and efficient, but unfortunately you have just sent and charged me for a year's worth of blood pressure medicine which I was not aware I had ordered. Would certainly like to cancel any other rollovers, but will certainly use UK meds next time I actually need anything.

When placing an order, there are two options available: a one-time purchase or setting up a subscription service.

We also sent you reminder emails a few weeks ago to advise that your order was due to be processed. I’m sorry if these were missed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. they will ask you to send by transfer and then ignore you. Took £200 from me and then ignored completely. It’s a full scam website. After the reply, it’s clear there is another website masquerading as this site. The offender is uk comfort meds. They are the scam. The original post is incorrect and they have sadly been ghosted by another site using their very close details on purpose.

Packed coner was open...??

Order was quick..took me time to order on line...!! It would not work..
But thank u so much for your confident order.... but envelope was burst on the corner on arrival..i was a little worried about that to be honest..incase meds had fallen out👁🕵🤷‍♂️🤦🏻‍♀️👎🫤🤔🫣 all was well !!

Hopeless delivery, no matter what you pay.

Having paid £9.95 for Saturday delivery, early on Friday morning, I was dismayed when product did not arrive until 7pm on Tuesday evening.
Since the condition I was treating is time-sensitive, I was happy to pay considerably more for speedy delivery. When the product finally did arrive the condition was too far established for the product to be of any use.
When I complained, I was treated to bland statements, none of which addressed full on my complaint.

I haven’t used the product yet, going to start after my holiday, so can’t comment on that, but the consultation was super easy and the drug arrived very quickly. So all good, very happy. Will definitely be using UK Meds again and again.

As no prior email was received, we were not aware that the outer packaging had arrived open. ( this is an issue with the delivery service, and will be reported once you have replied back to our team)

We have also tried to call you, however, there was no answer. We are more than happy to help and would like to investigate this further for you. Please respond at your earliest convenience so we can assist.

UPDATE- Thank you for confirming that the medication was sealed and is safe to use.

The issue was only with the outer packaging, which was damaged. This has been reported to our DPD team for investigation. We are very sorry for any concern this may have caused.

would not order from this website ever…

would not order from this website ever again!!! placed an order for incontinence meds, paid extra for quicker delivery. 1 week later, the meds have not even been dispatched. I got in touch with them only to find out they had a "technical issue and apologise". How you can sell medicine online and put "order within X hours and get your order in 2 days" when in fact it hasn't even been processed a week later. DO NOT RECOMMEND. people dont order medicine for fun, they NEED it. The service was shocking
