Absolutley shocking company to deal…

Absolutley shocking company to deal with .

Bought G8 pro hoverbaord and go cart accessory
for christmas . told 12 month warranty from 25th Dec
Had fault on first use , reported 29th dec
Returned with returns label from them
Took nearly three months with calls and emails , they would not replace , Found fault and repaired
Verbally told. 12 month warranty would start from middle march 2025
AS children do they have phases , so not used to much . Used again dec had fault .
Reported on 24th Dec
Now wanted £22.50 to return product
Returned , then tried to call to follow up. , on hold up to 3 hours at one spell
No one will call to speak to me in person
found same fault with GYRO ,
courier returned it to them , only from my call this was found out , sent out . in the box we sent it in but this time all ripped , took photos to show them . Used the hoverboar again and within less than 2 minutes , problems
sent videos again , did master reset , still no change
asked for replacement or refund
now saying not in warranty !
only gyros replaced under warranty , now prurchase an pack for £30 for them to assess it .
i have sent approx 30 emails. Not accepting any responsibility . going to report to consumer rights , watchdog. etc
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Appalling after sales service

I had bought two boards for my grandsons both of which developed faults. Had great difficulty trying to obtain information on how to rectify the fault, so after many attempts to contact UK Segboards, decided to go through their online repair service, paid for two repairs and sent the goods through their carrier - which was difficult in itself - after waiting a few weeks I heard nothing so i tried to contact UK Segboards again to find out what had happened to the two boards that i had sent back for repair, after several attempts to get a response i have given up, i have lost the value of two boards and the cost of two repairs that didn't happen.
Absolutely appalling after sales service shall not be recommending this company to anyone, and will not purchase again.

Absolutely shocking company to deal…

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Have faulty scooter refusing to refund and state they repairing although by the pictures it’s cosmetic damage eg the foot stand label is creased!! This shouldn’t affect use of the scooter. It’s been with them longer than Iv had it. Would NEVER use this company again. Lack of communication is shocking. Requested refund several times heard nothing been going on since august and we in November now!!

AWFUL DO NOT BUY

AWFUL DO NOT BUY. Have had repeated problems with hoverboard and sent back 4 times to repair and they refuse to refund it. Each time takes over a month for them to ‘assess’ it.

Since we had the product it has not…

Since we had the product it has not worked correctly. I have finally decided to send the item back to be looked at but have had to purchase a returns package (I thought this would include a box to send it in or a courier to collect it etc) but nope I have to somehow securely package the hoverboard and then take it to their required destination and send it. So I have paid £22.50 for a returns label essentially. I know the issue is warranty as it’s done it since we had it and yet I do not get the returns package refunded if it’s proven to be a warranty fault. It would be a much better service if you arranged a courier to come and collect (with a box) for that price!! Dyson do a similar service for free!!!!

Bought a G2 Pro hoverboard which was…

Bought a G2 Pro hoverboard which was faulty from day one. Was advised to do various resets and recharges none of which worked. I was then asked to send the board back at my own cost three weeks ago via DHL to be tested which I duly did. They have taken the board back and kept it. They won’t answer any of my emails asking where the board is. They won’t answer the phone. They won’t give me a refund. £250. Court proceedings next. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Sturdy and fun!

I bought one for my 15-year old granddaughter and she's hardly off it! Great fun, very sturdy and glad I used Segway.

Did not receive segboard

I ordered a seg board through Klarna and the initial payment didn't go through. As my daughter's birthday was imminent I contacted UK Segboards and asked them to cancel the original order and bought another one outright. However they still took the money for the segboard I didn't receive. I raised the issue with Klarna but they closed the issue and said I needed to email UK Segboards. I have twice emailed and have had no reply yet. I would not go through Klarna or UK Segboards again.

Ordered a placement front wheel for our…

Ordered a placement front wheel for our kart and the one that got sent out was bent and off centre, sent photos to customer services who fobbed me off with ridiculous excuse saying that’s how it should be to accommodate bumps, now just being ignored! Would advise not to use this company and go elsewhere!

Scammed without refund

hoverboard was faulty so sent it back, but came back exactly the same. Sent it back again over 6 months ago and customer services now won’t reply to my emails. No refund and seriously out of pocket.
Do not use this company. They are scamming innocent people.

The segboard is unsafe

The segboard is great and looks the part, however, the app wont link to my phone and the segboard when used as a go kart speeds up randomly so I do not use it as it is unsafe for my children. I did contact customer service who were very polite, but they directed me to a separate company for installation of the app but they also couldn't help me so it is not used as it is unsafe which is a real shame as it was a Christmas present
