Beware of return costs if something goes wrong

I've found the company really poor to engage with when there's been a problem with our hoverboard. They have just ignored many of my messages. Plus, charging £22 for a return for the item to be looked at where the hoverboard is still in warranty is outrageous. I would never buy again from them, I'm afraid.

Beaware and maintain Caution !! before purchasing this below pas cheap quality board and cart

Caution !! Caution !! Please be aware that the description on the website for hoover board and cart is misleading and nothing short of cheating.
Every claim made on the website is false.
1. Charging doesn't last more than 45 minutes when using hoardboard individually
2. Charging doesn't last more than 30 minutes when using the hoverboard with the cart
3. I'm never seen your app working contrary to the what you have mentioned in the website
4. Bluetooth never works unless you are less than 10 centimeters from the hoover board
4. The cart which I bought with hoover board is already falling apart as mentioned previously and according to the pictures that have sent , the front wheel as no longer in a usable state
5. Stripes supplied with the board and the cart never stick together they keep falling after every 10 minutes have sent the pictures for the same

I have submitted all the evidence, the seller refused to refund thereby voilating 'remote purchase act' when I offred to return within 2 weeks of the purchase.

I have reported the transaction as fraud to my credit card and also planning to claim my money via small claims court.
Stay away if you can from this website as these are cheaply made hoover boards and will fall apart by using couple of times outside

Great kart until something goes wrong and you are stuffed!

We love the board and the go kart attachment. Unfortunately our battery needed replacing . We sent the board off back on July 4th and have only just received the board back after endless calls and emails. Unfortunately not only did it take over 3 months for a simple battery change , now the board is back but has been damaged, is covered in dust and has many more scrapes than it had when we sent away. I have photos to show this. I have tried getting in touch with the company and get promised someone will
Come back to me but no one ever does. It’s a great shame . Would appreciate someone senior calling me to get this sorted . It is unacceptable to send something back in a worse condition !

Santa done good!

Purchased for my son's Christmas and he was absolutely over the moon to see it under the tree on Christmas morning. He was 'Mr Popular' in the street when he first took it out. All his friends quickly gathered and formed an orderly queue to have a go. He loves going out to play on it, especially at night time when we get the full effect of the lights. Would highly recommend.

Do not buy from here

Do not buy from here. Faulty products being sent. When you want to return they charge you £15 for a label. Faulty since January, straight after it was bought. When returned denied having it back to be told by courier it was as managing directors address. Currently going through small claims court process. This company will take your money and lie about it. Make sure you record your calls and keep your emails. Hopefully trading standards will have a field day with them.

Fantastic company with amazing products

Excellent company and high quality product

Excellent company, very good service. Our hoverboard is fantastic, everyone who visits loves it. I was very impressed by not using it for months and the battery was still charged, shows the high quality of the product. Very happy customer.

TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT BUY from this company

I've been waiting almost 2 months for a refund after recieving a faulty product. I was able to return it with a label they sent, BUT no refund was made. They have now ceased any response to my emails and my phone calls have been met with a customer service woman stating she was unable to provide a refund, instead, it had to be a manager to allow that. Totally inappropriate conduct and no replies to my emails or request to be contacted by phone. I still have not been refunded and for a substantial amount of £250. This matter will be taken further unless they resolve it.

My telephone calls today were cancelled after holding for over 30 minutes on two occasions.

No concern for the impact on children too! Since their present money is tied up in the company!

Don't buy from this company - shocking service

Our 2nd board for our youngest's birthday - arrived and was faulty, within minutes of using. It took weeks and several videos before they would agree it was faulty and i paid over £20 for the privilage of returning their faulty goods, that was a horror show also.
Then may phone calls and emails form me, over the next few weeks and ZERO contact from the company. Today is day 18 since they received my returned faulty item but 3 months since we ordered it!
I have had little in the way of an apology - my son missed the chance to play with his present o holiday and during the summer holidays = i have certainly not been offered any compensation or a replacement. I wait to here, but won't hold my breath - a very expensive error, don't use this company

4 weeks after receiving segboard we still can’t charge it

We received a segboard in August for my son’s birthday. However, the board failed to charge. I contacted uksegboard and after a delay (and me chasing it), they asked me to send a video. Days passed and they eventually said they would send a new charger. It is now nearly 4 weeks since I informed them of the problem and still no charger. In between this, I moved house and they requested that the charger be returned by Royal Mail (it had been in transit at this point for 10 days!!!). They wouldn’t send me another charger until they received this back. It was eventually dispatched to my new house (supposedly) but 11 days on, I still don’t have it. I asked if they could send a new board and arrange for collection of this one, they said they are unable to do this as it is likely to be the charger. We still don’t have a new charger and 4 weeks on my son is without his birthday present. They agreed to send one yesterday by next day delivery but again it hasn’t arrived. Makes me think we are being scammed and really don’t know where to turn now. I asked the customer support person (who has been very rude and unhelpful throughout) if a member of the management team could contact me. No, they are in meetings all day…..any advice on how I can resolve this will be much appreciated.

Seaboard and go kart arrived faulty…

Seaboard and go kart arrived faulty despite contacting the company they have not attempted to refund or replace it, so my child has been left without their birthday present.
Although the company have since replied to this stating they have resolved the issue with the go kart and I have not replied regarding the faulty segboard, this is not the case. I have asked for a full refund and this has not been issued. Terrible service!
