This dodgy company sent me a broken segboard that came in a scrappy box that was so broken that when my 8 year old daughter turned it on, the segboard spun in circles on its own on full power and drove into her ankle causing her to scream in pain on her birthday! Uk segboards refuse to refund me after collecting the broken segboard!
Uk segboards refused to refund me and claimed after seeing the video of it driving on its own that they need weeks to test it but they refused to acymy request for a refund. Utterly disgusting. Keep away from this site selling dodgy second hand segboards!
Worst company ever…
This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
The item I purchased, a hover kart, was not the same item advertised on their site, was faulty and came apart during use which could easily have caused injury to my son, did not function properly. The seat is too wide to allow the handles to lift up high enough to enable proper function. Contacting customer services by phone is impossible. I contacted them by email to explain all of the above and request a replacement multiple times but got absolutely nowhere. They keep telling me they are sending replacement parts but it has been months now, they are obviously lying and just hoping I will go away. I am now in the process of reporting them to trading standards. They are completely dishonest and I would urge anyone to avoid this company like the plague.
Flawless after sales and support
I have had the hover board and cart for a while now and we had a bump, damaging one of the parts. I couldn't find anywhere to buy the part so contacted them and they couldn't have been more helpful! I dlsent in pictures and they sorted everything from there. The support and service after sale is second to none!

Ordered a new hoverkart wheel for my daughter on 1st Feb..in time to be delivered for her hollidays..now the 16th..hollidays have ended..and no sign of the wheel. Have had to chase it up 5 times. Given a tracking number that doesn't work..and feeling very frustrated that they can't even get a simple item sent out within a reasonable time frame. I had forgotten but it was the same when I ordered the hoverboards and karts from here...had to wait and chase for them to be delivered. V bad customer service. Don't order from here if you need the item for a birthday or special gift..as u can't guarantee ull get it in time

Still waiting for parts that have been promised to be sent out from 27th December, it is now 27th January. DO NOT USE this company. Still getting fobbed off with 'problems with our courier service' , there is an easy solution use a different courier service. Don't use this company and leave your kids with an expensive present that are unable to use. Wish i had gone to a reputable shop.

Great product! The go kart is way faster than I expected but my son will love it! Great delivery, never have problems with DHL. Ordered Saturday had it by Tuesday! 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bought a board&cart 4 years ago.Hoverboard has never worked properly.After 10min the RHS wheel will flash faulty and not working.
So I decided to send it to their repair service.They have returned it back saying there is no issue with it.For 2 years I have used it in turns of 10min only(imagine the disappointment of my 9y daughter ☹️).
6 months ago I decided to give it another chance.Unfortunately the battery was dead.So I ordered new battery and opened it to change.But it was visible a fault to the RHS wheel.So I googled a service that repairs ANY hoverboard.Thinking it was an independent service I’ve paid the £30 fee(for collection,diagnostic and drop off) and had it collected.
Guess who they were:Same service I bought the board from with same very RUDE customer service replying to emails with a 2weeks delay.They admitted there is a faulty part and asked for it £120 but saying leading time is few months.Then persuading me to get instead one of their second hand boards for £180(you know you can get a new one with same money😤).
It was clear for me they were not willing to assist in any way and put me on a dead line.Same delay in replying at emails.
I asked for £30 back for parts so they can keep the board and I can get back at least the fees I paid.No reply so I asked for the board back(as was paid in the fee for dropping off).After more than 6months I have no board,no issue solved and no fees back.
They are the worst customer service ever.
They deserve to be sued.

My twin girls ( age 11) got hover boards and seats from you. I wasn’t sure if it was a good idea but omg they are the best Christmas gift ever !!! I’m so impressed and my girls love them so do all of there friends they have been racing around the house and seem to be quite safe.

Order a swagway and seat for my sons Christmas and he absolutely loves it! The seat is so easy to attach and the Segway itself is so worth the money. It lights up, you can play music through it and with the seat it’s so easy to steer! Supper happy with it and defiantly recommend it

Bought a hoverboard for my daughters Christmas and it's better than expected. She can play music through Bluetooth. It also lights up. I would highly recommend smooth purchase and excellent value for money. Have a very happy daughter thank you very much!
pathetic excuse for a company
Saved up and bought this for my sons Christmas present – as expected he was so excited on Christmas Morning – Charged the unit up and followed all instructions – unit worked for 2 minutes then the wheel locked up and started bleeping – the wheel got so hot that my son burned his hand on the metal part of the wheel – tried contacting support with no avail. After finally getting email back the suggestion was to return the goods – a DHL label was sent to attach to box and take to a local DHL Shop for collection – only to be told the label was incorrect so the sager continues – cant talk to anyone – no help – I will get this resolve not only in the form of a refund or replacement but along with compensations over my boys burned fingers – absolutely pathetic excuse for a company.
So the saga continues that began on Christmas day a present for my son – we followed all instructions for the board to last 3 minutes then one wheel locked up and was burning hot – contacted UK segboards who then sent me a returns label for DHL – that I had to take to a DHL drop of shop that I did only to be told that the label was wrong – this happened twice – finally DHL arrange to collect from my property – a week later a supposably new board however when charging the supposably new board I noticed that the screw cover security tags had been removed suggesting to me that this was a repaired unit – the board did work in a fashion – however on two occasions stared to spin in a sporadic manor flipping my son off – the segbaord will also spin on its own accord with no rider he has not been allowed on since until the issue is resolved – I have 30 years’ experience as an technical electric / electronic engineer and in my opinion one of the foot sensors is permanently engaged causing the segboard to spin and vibrate in a violent fashion. Is your mission to go out and injure a child – I want some resolution on this matter asap as now this is becoming untenable. – I have sent over videos via WeTransfer as requested.
Now you have viewed the vidoes you have suggested that a fault is still visible on the segboard – and now my options are to return the item at a cost to me – or purchase a return pack – so either way I will have to pay for faulty goods to be returned – I suggest you send me some labels for DHL for a collection that is convenient for me – please arrange collection of the faulty goods asap from – I have tried to call on several occasions however your phone lines are closed – this problem has now been going on for 1 month and the segbaord has been used for a maximum of 6 minutes – that’s great value for money isn’t it £46.50 per minute – I have never use such an incompetent company company in all my life – you just seem to make everything such hard work for a dissatisfied customer.
