Great product and service!

Ordered a Segway with standard post and it arrived two days later. Packaging was robust.
It is a great product, I had my doubts about getting one but it's easy to use and lots of fun.

Brilliant!!

Great communication - the one my son wanted was out of stock until a few days later. Being an impatient 11 year old he couldn't wait so we went for another that the company recommended!! It's brilliant and he loves it. Excellent product and company. Would definitely recommend

wouldnt recommend this company

I ordered a black Segway on Tuesday 10th may and received an email the next day to say my order had been dispatched. Then the day after that I received an e mail to say it was out of stock and had to pick another colour and it would be sent out the next day which was disappointing as my daughter had wanted black but we ordered red it came the next day and much to my disbelief and daughters disappointment there was no plug to charge it with phoned them up and the weren't that bothered by my complaint and said they would send one out and we would have it in three to four days this is after paying an extra ten pounds to have the swegway delivered in three to five days.very bad service from this company would go somewhere else if you don't want to disappoint your child

Never trusted

Birthday swegway

Overall happy. Rung to check stock then ordered blue one. Had dispatch note then 2 days later told not in stock. Changed for a white which was delivered quickly. Daughter very happy!

Great service, great segway

We ordered on the 4th May in the evening. Email sent to confirm shipping. We were expecting it on the Friday 6th as we paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately we didn't receive the item until Monday 9th. When I called on Saturday to find out where it was they were very helpful. They didn't offer a weekend delivery serice, therefore refunded us £14.99. It was a birthday present for Sunday the 8th May, so the birthday boy wasn't impressed he didn't get his present as promised on the big day, however all was forgotten when it finally came on the Monday.
The segway is strong, sturdy and funky! And my son loves it. Worth the money spent!

Easy ordering and fast delivery; came the next day. Packaged well and offered 50% discount on next purchase. Will certainly be making use of this and using them again. Great product which my son will love for his birthday

Excellent service

I recently ordered a Swegway and it arrived promptly. What a great product - my son loves it. I had occasion to ring UKSwegways.com to ask them something further and they were just amazingly helpful.

So, thank you very much. I would definitely recommend them.

REALLY helpful

I ordered a Swegway from an online company that turned out to be fake. UKSwegways were really helpful. My sons birthday is 2nd May Bank Holiday Monday and when it became apparent that swegwayonline.co.uk were not going to be delivering my order despite taking my money, UKSWEGWAYS took my order and arranged for a TNT next day delivery for Saturday to ensure that I was able to give my son a present on his birthday.
