Swegway plus

Huge hover board, with lights and Bluetooth .
Bought as a gift for my 9 year old son he loves it .
Nice to know they are super safe electrically too.
Amazing bit of technology A+

Next working day delivery

I ordered before 11am paying for next working day delivery from website. Received call around midday on expected delivery day stating that red clasic I ordered not in stock. Website is not kept updated quickly enough with stock. To be fare they offered upgraded model but not suitable for our needs and they offered to pay next day delivery fee.Waiting go that.

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

Would not buy from this company again terrible experience asking for my feedback when I haven't received my order spoke to customer service twice and still not sent out order just phoned again hopefully they will send it this time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi Laura postage can take up to 10 days but it hasn't been sent yet spoke to manager Robin she didn't bother phoning back no email comformation till I phoned aweek later out of stock in gold have blue cancelled delivery no explanation ordered 21st May hadn't been sent up till yesterday offered to pay next day delivery said no it had to be by 11 am still waiting hope when it eventually gets here I have no trouble with it if it breaks down customer service is non existant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Austin, As discussed you chose the free economy shipping option which can be up to 7 working days which we are still within. We do offer a paid for shipping option which can be much faster (up to next day). We would encourage you to upgrade your shipping method if you need this item in a hurry.

Hi Matthew. I am sorry you were disappointed. You chose next working day delivery when you placed your order on Friday 27th at 2pm. Our cut off time is 11am for same day dispatch as mentioned on the website. We did fulfil our next working day delivery as that weekend was a bank holiday the next working day was 1st June when your item arrived to you.
Apologies if this is a little unclear on the website.

At last! A swegway shop with a real presence.

I phoned 10s of online swegway shops in search of a swegway from a trustworthy company for my kids. This was the only one who actually had someone manning the phone lines, and was able to answer all my concerns and questions. Beware the other companies who have unmanned phone lines! This shop also has a real physical store, and excellent service. A beautiful swegway was received in good time and now used daily by my daughter, with no problems.

Rubbish

Very disappointed with my online shopping experience with Swegway! Not a true reflection of their stock on line, in fact they had no stock of any items shown!
I wasted my time !
To be fair they refunded my money very quickly .

First Class Service & Delivery - Perfect Swegway

From start to finish i.e. 2 days as I paid for next day delivery, the transaction went smoothly. Ordered, spoke to the lovely customer services to arrange next day UPS delivery and it was one of the simplest shopping experiences ever.

The Swegway is everything my daughter wanted. Well made, and sturdy.

I would thoroughly recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Exceeded my very apprehensive expectations!

Cannot fault the sales service! Phoned on Thursday prior to sons birthday on the Sunday. Sales assistant happy to wait on phone whilst I made payment on web, in order to despatch swegway for delivery on the Friday. Swegway arrived as described. Very happy son and parents! Thank you!

Arrived in two days but bag arrived week later

Nice to talk to someone over phone but had to place order online. Paid extra for delivery as we wanted it for sons birthday. Unfortunately bag didn't arrive until a week later. Made a click noise second day but seems of to stopped since. Hope it stays that way. Family loves it.

Good product no charger

We bought a ex demo and the condition it came in was nearly new, we were really pleased. However we didn't receive a charger. So our son is having to wait a bit longer before he can go on it properly

Great product and Great service.

I called the Sheffield shop before we placed the order. They were really helpful and answered all my questions. We placed the order online and it arrived the following day. The product seems really good quality! Very Happy with the purchase. The instruction were comprehensive and met all the safety standards that we researched. Very Happy, thank you!
