Excellent product and company.

Speedy delivery. Superb product my daughter loves it. Had an item missing but emailed and they got back to me immediately. It was posted straight out. Excellent company in my opinion. Would definitely use them again.

product is no good

It was horrible the swegway didn't work we had to send it back even though when I rang them they said they will send a new one back and I've been waiting for it new one to come and it's been over a week now. My kid was so upset as it was his birthday present something that so expensive personally this product doesn't worth the money.

Fantastic service. Ordered swegway Tuesday evening and it arrived Thursday lunchtime. Great purchase. My son and his friends have had lots of fun on it.

Three weeks for delivery

I placed an order on 10 June for this Swegway, to arrive in good time for a school fete on 25 June where we were giving it as a raffle prize. On 20 June I was contacted by the customer service department who let me know that the colour I'd ordered was out of stock. They gave me different options and I replied within 10 minutes with an alternative choice, letting them know I needed it for Friday 24 June. However, it was despatched on 24 June and so did not arrive in time for the fete, which was a great shame. It has now arrived safely - thank you.

Unhappy

I ordered the Segway paid £25 for next day delivery for it not to come even though they refunded £15 it's still not the point then I recieved Segway yesterday and isn't the colour it says on the site very diserpointed plus I've noticed it has very wide gap in middle which is very concerning as my other daughters doesn't have this £392 is a lot of money just more unhappy it wasn't the colour it said it was 👎🏼

Great Customer Service

A really great reliable service. I ordered a black swegway for my son for his birthday but unfortunately after I had placed my order I was informed that the black one I had ordered was out of stock. Everything was ok though as I was given a free upgrade and my son still recieved a black swegway. Thankyou Swegway I will definitely recommend

Late delivery , 3 led lights not working

Bought this on a Friday night with next day delivery , after I'd paid I realised it said I had to order before 11 am for next day , emailed the company and said I couldn't get my next day delivery money back but it would definitely be with us Monday , fair enough , my mistake ..... Got here Tuesday and 3 led lights on the back of the right wheel not working after I'd paid £373.99 ..... 🙄

woest experience ever

I ordered a swegway, but they had issues with model delivery so they offered a different model as replacement. When it arrived it was clearly used with footprints on the board and wear on the tyres. I complained but they then wanted to charge me an extra £20 for pick up. I complained again and for the last 10 days have gone through frustrating cycles of no response and then positive words in emails which don't amount to anything. They must have a no contact by phone policy as I have left messages and left my number but no reply. I told them 10 days ago that I needed this sorted for my daughters birthday on 8 th June but it has now been 5 days since any correspondence from them. I even opened a separate complaint and the reply was from the same person but he just asked for everything that he had asked for in his original response.

So...I am left with a second hand swegway and no means of getting a response from the company for a refund...I am going to contact my credit card company tomorrow to seek a refund.

My advice would be to not use this company as they send used products as new and have absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced...gutted for my daughter who will now have to wait until this is resolved until she gets her birthday present...

Excellent service

I ordered a swegway for my children and it wasn't in stock the guy from the store rang me to arrange a free upgrade such a great service it then arrived the next day by UPS what more can I say! Just charging it up so they can go on it!

This is the third seperate type of request I've received asking for feedback of my experience.

Sadly, the other 2 feedbacks have been ignored.

Ordered Swegway on 27/05/16.

It's now 06/06/16 - no Swegway has been received yet.

Delivery Faillure

I have to say I am very disappointed with the service provided. Despite telling the company that I needed the item to arrive today more than once and paying £24.99 for this. It did not.

When I phoned to find out why not I was told that the company had forgotten to select next day delivery. When I asked how the situation was to be rectified because I needed the parcel today I was told I could have a refund of my next day delivery fee!!

Bearing in mind that the item has to be signed for and someone had waited in all day today for the delivery I asked if a time period for delivery tomorrow could be given. However I was told that it could not.

Now someone needs to sit in the house ALL day tomorrow again waiting for the delivery that should have arrived today!

I am disappointed at the company and the delivery company UPS in equal measure for this mess up--especially in light of the fact that I clearly stated (and was it guaranteed by the company) that my order would arrive today.

I think the company & UPS could have done more to give me a time for the delivery tomorrow in light of the mistake.

In light of this, I would be wary of using this company if you require delivery for a certain time. Their mistake has now left me in the situation where my son will not have a birthday present and my parents who kindly agreed to sign for the delivery today now have to stay at home for a second day in a row.

I think this is a poor service.
