Absolute joke of company! Spent £300 on a Segway which stopped working after 3 months. Sent video (no reply), sent various emails not responded to (esp since warranty expired 12 months later) despite no reply to various emails, absolutely no respect for the consumer and we will be taking them to court at our expense ( it will cost more than the Segway we bought) to prove a point. Ordered two Segway Ninebot Scooter batteries in early May and paid in full, delivery was to be on June 10th 2020. On June 10th 2020 received an email stating that "due to Covid 19" the delivery date was now July 10th 2020 - chased for a response and none received. July 13th 2020 received an email that read "Sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this may cause, we received a shipment but the batteries was not in them, we believe we have been scammed by the distributors as they are no longer responding to our messages. To avoid any more disappointments, we are cancelling your order and issuing a full refund, depending on your means of payment, it may take up to 3 working days to reflect in your original means of payment.

I am going to take this further and set up a Facebook Page Swegway Fun Scammers and Con Artists to see the scale of this deception, where they have used peoples money for a couple of months and had no intention or ability to supply any goods at the price advertised. Steer well clear of these charlatans.

I looked across various sites for reviews and they either seemed 5star or 1star. i should have treated the 5star reviews with the suspicion they deserve. I wonder how much 100 positive reviews costs these days?
Purchased board, cart & safety wear. Assembled and charged as per instructions. Warrior cannot take up to 120kg according to manual but as this was for my daughter that wasn't a show stopper.
She got to use it for about 100m and then it ran out of juice. Repeated charges to no avail. The charger started making a high pitch noise so i bet it would fail UK standards.
Basically these folks are probably just shipping goods from China that claim to be UK standard. I doubt those manufacturers give a hoot about fires in UK homes.
Segway/swegway operate under so many different company names they just continue operating, even if they get caught. I wish our trading standards had more powers to put these guys out of business once and for all.
I complained to my credit card company and guess what they upheld my claim (no surprise) the facts were just so one sided.
TIPS of you think of returning goods to these jokers:
1. Take photos of everything FROM EVERY ANGLE - don't expect the truth from these guys. I bet they'll find more "damage" which they can't substantiate by sending you a photo. CROOKS!
2. Don't allow parcelforce to take goods for return without giving you a tracking number. Thankfully I took a photo of the delivery drivers phone which has a tracking number. If you can't prove they got the goods back, you are STUFFED!
3. Pay using your credit card. That makes them responsible. Why they don't publish vendor reliability stats, which would tell buyers how rubbish sellers are, I don't know. They have the information available. Com'on mastercard/Visa, help customers out or you will get replaced by other payment methods!
Best thing to do is avoid in the first place!

My god! Been trying to contact since 26th December! 2 bought as presents 1 won’t turn left and was clearly not new, screws falling out or missing. 2nd was awesome until the battery ran out and won’t charge! Phone line is a joke 30 minute wait time no matter how many calls! Cuts you off after 45 minutes.30+ calls made! Emails you only get a generic response and that’s it! Luckily I paid on PayPal! They were supposed to be Samsung also and are definitely not! Seems I’m in the same boat as 300+ other folk! Absolute joke! Been down to the address when I was down south and it is a yard nothing else! £300 down the swany! Escalated my claim on PayPal hopefully I get my money back

I bought my granddaughter the hover board offer with the cart. I went to charge it up just before Christmas to check it out and the charger had abit missing so I emailed them and they sent me a new one out! I noticed that when I was charging the board it was just staying Amber!! When my granddaughter got on it to ride it it went straight to red and started flashing and peeping!! It just won’t charge. I emailed the company several times no answer also phoned them no answer how do these people sleep at night !! I have one very upset granddaughter who’s main present was her hover board she didn’t want anything else.
I paided throw amazon pay so I have emailed them to see if I can get a refund.Fingers crossed.

Disgusting company, Hoverboard present for Christmas for my son, arrived damaged, we didn't use it, took photos of the scuffs, contacted them, could never get through, never responded to any E mails, eventually my wife got through, was advised to send back, cost US £23 to return. Since then we heard nothing, my wife got through after 55 mins wait on phone, said will send out another board with a free cover for the inconvenience. Heard nothing that was 2 weeks ago & all this has been going on for a month. SHAMBOLIC. I am now in process of obtaining a refund from my Credit Card company.

Do not touch this company. Wrong order was sent. Board was faulty on arrival. Collected for a repair and now we've heard nothing for 3 weeks. Not answer on phone or e mails. Do not order from this company. Ordered to segways for Christmas with blue tooth. Received completely wrong order. They collected then had to chase to receive correct segways. This arrived a few days before Christmas. One of them blue tooth doesnt work the second throws you off so is dangerous.
We have sent more than 30 emails and made over 20 calls. ( you get cut off after 45 minutes) promised collection and refund none of which have happened.

BEWARE, horrendous experience, we ordered a Swegway Hoverboard for Christmas for my daughter, enticed by an attractive website. The hoverboard arrived with scuff marks and stopped working after 2 days. We contacted the company on three occasions who said a carrier was coming to collect who never arrived. The company obviously has no Christmas spirit and my daughter is devastated. Incidentally the company is a subsidiary of Techtoys Traders LTD owned by Mr Suraj Pandya who appears to have set the company up just in time for Christmas.

Ordered for Xmas absolutely no fault with delivery etc. It wouldnt work from day one, eventually got through to them last week, been waiting a week for yodel to turn up and they haven’t, no replies to emails I’ve sent, been on hold for 45 mins to then be cut off.
