Oh how I wish I'd read this before parting with £165 to receive nothing. They should be shut down - apparently as a company they went bust in Apr 17, but continue to accept orders, take the money and just provide false tracking numbers to keep people off their backs for a couple of days while payment goes through.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE DISGUSTING SCAMMERS.

A couple of days ago I posted a very negative review (which I just edited) regarding an item I purchased from this company on 7/12/17 which had not arrived. I tried for days contacting them by phone, email and their live chat, it’s not possible to get through so after a little online research and all the negative reviews on this website I presumed I had been ripped off, contacted my credit card provider and got my £79.99 credited back to my card. Today the item arrived much to my surprise so clearly they are still trading. That doesn’t excuse the time it took to get here, the lack of contact and I have gone and spent another £99.99 buying a similar item from Argos which I now have to return. I would still be cautious purchasing from this company until they get their act together and start answering the phone and replying to emails. I have contacted my credit card company again, removed the dispute and asked for the money to be returned to Swegway.

They took my money and never sent hoverboard!! I am going to have an very upset young boy come christmas day. cannot believe the cheek of these people.
Customer service does not exsist.
they have now blocked my emails
Next step is calling the police & trading standards

Stay away from this company, we too have been ripped off, same as one below, replied with one email saying segway was on its way, we tried to email again a week later and the email bounced back. We have their addresses thanks to having a business that can do company checks. they will be payed a visit!! They've picked on the wrong people this time!

Confirmed fraudsters, answered one email regarding why no delivery, then silence and still no delivery. Omer claimed my reference number they sent to me is incorrect. Should have checked TrustPilot before I placed my order !!! Lesson learned.

We have been investigating this company. They are registered at companies house as follows: Company number 09749172 SwegwayUK Limited. If you go to the filing history you will see that the Sheffield shop is registered on there too and all previous directors. Website is registered to a previous director. All directors have resigned leaving the company with no directors, against the Companies Act 2006 laws. The company on the Swegwayuk site is trading as O & M trading LTD company number 10954081 from the same address in Leicestershire, not Sheffield. Different directors but they are linked to various companies that you can research online to see what they have been up to. We have built up large amount of information now. The goods are being shipped from an address in Nottingham and are confirmed as chinese fakes and dangerous. Please check back here for further information in the coming days.

My daughter is now heart broken as these scammers have taken all her saved pocket money and left her with nothing!!! Wan@ers!!! its lucky theres no one available to speak to or it wouldn't be pleasant!

If I could give this a no star I would ! If only I had read reviews before handing my money over ! Do not purchase from this company swegwayhoverboards.co.uk ! scam company taking payments but not sending anything out! He hasn't got my money as PayPal has froze it and raised a dispute ! He's been given until tomorrow to give me the item or the refund before they force him. I don't understand how people find it acceptable to do this to anyone let alone near Christmas ! Do not hand your money over as you will hear nothing from him, despite calling several times and emailing ! Hate people like this ! Least he's not got my money for long

Ordered with no bother.. they then messaged through Facebook to say the pink wasn't in stick but it arrived shortly afterwards.. iv been fairly happy.. but now I've saw a barrage of bad reviews I tried to contact the company for peace of mind and can not get through.. which is worrying me. Has this company went bust? Why is the website still live?

Absolutely wish I hadn't bothered dealing with UK Segways, complete waste of time and money, I spent £30 for service check, then waited for then to pick the hoverboard up, which they did after I repeatedly ringing them, then once they finally pick the board up I didn't here anything until I rang them several weeks later to ask what they had found wrong with it, they couldn't find the order at first then only to be told it was going to cost £65 to repair, so I paid that and after almost 3 weeks I still haven't heard anything from them. I've tried ringing, email chat and emailing but still couldn't get through. So they have my hoverboard and £95. Rubbish Service stay away from these bunch of clowns and thieves ..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Over 6 weeks ago I ordered a white Swegway for my daughters birthday, my card was charged then I was told they had no white ones left. No other colours were suitable so I asked for a refund. Instead they sent a white one after her birthday when we'd already purchased elsewhere. The item was collected by courier and I'm still waiting for a refund. They confirmed receipt a month ago but no refund. It is impossible to get through in the phone, I've been on hold over an hour on numerous attempts. On the rare occasion my emails have been replied to they've made all sorts of excuses and promised an urgent refund, the last time being a fortnight ago and still nothing. How can this go on in 2017? Next thing is to go there in person but I've read they open when they want, that'll probably be a wasted journey, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

This company have clearly gone bust but are still taking orders which is fraudulent. There shop has closed down, they will not answer any calls or emails. I have reported to trading standards

Placed an order took 2 days to get confirmation email then another 2 days to say dispatched and now it's 10 days later and I have still not received my order!! Oh and they are working days!! Have sent numerous emails sent messages through website and messenger and lost count how many times I have phoned and sat waiting for an answer and not getting one. Last call was 45 minutes and still no answer!!!! Customer service is shocking to say the least. I am now in touch with my solicitor to seek legal action as I will not be ripped off!!

My son ordered a hoverboard without my knowledge so i got in touch via email the following morning to cancel. I dealt with "Elliott" who assured me that the order would be cancelled and his money refunded in a couple of days. That was nearly 4 weeks ago and no sign of the money being refunded, but a board was delivered the other day??? Ive emailed and called numerous times regarding returning the item and a refund but guess what, no response. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I doubt whether I will get a reply as some of the other "people" have, as I know Im genuine and they don't deal with us!!

It,s no use threatening Ryan,Cooper,Elliot or the tart they are just slimeball mouthpieces for a non existent brand. Although I would love to meet any of them on a night out in Sheff. The guy who started the company Mojtaba Rahmdel is nowhere to be found & lets face it,you would n,t find him if he lived next door.Never came to collect my item after paying repair charge & contact ceased.OK I fell for it, it does n,t hide the fact that you are an absolute shower of *wats & this WILL catch up with you

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. After buying a hover board from them, it broke within the first week. It took them and UK Mail nearly another week to collect it. They refused a refund, only a repair offered !
After another 4 weeks, the board was repaired apparently repaired, BUT they returned it with a broken charger !! So we were unable to check if they had actually repaired it.
After a further 6 weeks , 28 emails ( mostly unanswered) , many, many phonecalls ( Do Not leave a voicemail - wasting your time), multiple Lies.... really, they are a skilled company in Lying only. We are still no better off. They actually told me on 7 different occasions a Brand new charger had been sent !
I have now resorted to buying a charger elsewhere... And guess what, the board does not work .
UKSWEGWAY rip off merchants, bandits.
Going through the Retail ADR, Trading Standards and taking them to court.
