Watch adverts with 0 interruptions, episode starts, buffers 14 seconds in before getting an error, refresh, watch adverts again, rinse and repeat, funny how adverts work perfectly 🫠

Awful platform with far too many adverts and no option to subscribe so you don’t have to put up with them. Looking at the other reviews it’s pretty pointless having all these adverts when people won’t use the platform because of them. One of my favourite programmes was moved to it from ITVX (which does offer a subscription for those who want it) so I bought it on DVD instead!

Put too many ads in shows you get 4 at start of the show and then get 10-12 ads during show it's annoying, it wasn't that bad before maybe 4-7 ads, but now I no longer want to use the service.
Also putting 2 lots of 10+ ads in a 30-35 minute show is just overkill.
Would completely avoid if your a potential new user

Great programs ruined by endless amount of badly timed ad breaks, programs cut off early in the name of 'skipping credits '. Pretty much unwatchable, such a shame

We’ve been streaming UKTV for over 9 years now and it’s been absolutely great. They offer a huge range of international channels to choose from so it’s never boring and all the terrestrials are there from UK. There are very occasional glitches caused by hacking but who doesn’t have the odd problem with technology from time to time? If you have concerns you can email someone (rare to speak to an actual person these days!) and they guide you to the solution. I recommend them without hesitation - a brilliant way to view British television from abroad legally.

Unwatchable, just ad after ad after ad, what's the actual point, it's not really a service for programme's at all, absolute tosh

Drowning in more episodes of Bangers and Cash, actual channel not much better. No variety anymore, use to be one of my favourite channels along with Eden. Gone completely to pot.

You get a few minutes of programme and then you either get loads of adverts 9 or 10 sometimes but the worst is it stops and gives you an error code with the promise of reloading but it never goes back to where you were and it crashed out again

Decided to abandon this rubbish. It’s ad, after ad, after annoying ads which go on for ages, sometimes 9 then programme plays for a few mins then guess what, more tedious ads. I’ll never watch this ever again the ads keep getting interrupted by the programmes.

Trying to watch Masterchef Australia. Occasionally it works but usually a message comes up saying “Oops this is embarrassing” and the programme won’t load. At other times it plays the adverts ok but then the screen just goes white and nothing happens. On other occasions I get sound and no picture. Awful service.

Absolutely terrible. Both app and website do not load programs. More than happy to load multiple ads perfectly fine at full quality, but then the program will conveniently never load and buffer like crazy. F them.

Can't give it minus stars or I would! The amount of adverts is ridiculous. I get that you use them so the service is free but to be honest you might as well just watch 3 hrs of adverts non stop for all the good it is. You can't actually watch any damn show. It drops out or skips constantly. You can't resume from where you were when it drops or you go back onto the app. So again another 3 hours of adverts! I dont know who designed and made this app but they want sacking. Shoddy app. Don't waste your time using it. Rather use a direct competitor as at least you'll be able to actually watch something. Absolutely anything else is better than this piss poor time wasting app.

IF THESE GARBAGE ADVERTS GET ANY LONGER WHEN RETURNING TO RESUME PLAY THERE WILL BE NO TIME LEFT TO PLAY THE DAM PROGRAM ! TOTALLY PATHETIC !!

My mum is deaf. Bern enjoying series 17 MasterChef Australia but after episode 6 the subtitles have disappeared? Where have they gone? They usually show up at start of programme so you can toggle on and off but they option has disappeared! So I try to contact their help page. Fill in the form. Reply says sorry we have a technical issue so you can't even contact them about the problem! Doh!

Totally Useless, app won't create an account

As well as feeling irritated myself, trying to binge watch Hypothetical, whilst at least 10 times a show it skips a few seconds so you miss punchlines and key parts, the talent involved must be ripping their hair out. Why did they bother if the snappy, witty improv is going to be ruined by shambolic tech? It's infuriating. The episode I'm on is quick fire questions where the guests are improvising responses, and it is just being utterly ruined by glitchy stoppages and skips. I actually haven't had to watch many ads at all, but wish I had just so I could actually enjoy the show when it's on.

U and Drama review - Good shows but 9 ads at one time some being 28 secs and 20+ secs for others each time with more adds within 10 mins totally ruins the show. No matter how good the show selection is it sends you looking for alternative apps. Such a waste and missed opportunity

This is the worst channel for ads.I just get frustrated and stop watching...12 ads together this morning and the time spent on each part in between ads is so short.Definitely not worth the effort!!
