As well as feeling irritated myself, trying to binge watch Hypothetical, whilst at least 10 times a show it skips a few seconds so you miss punchlines and key parts, the talent involved must be rippin... See more

Worst streaming service ever if you…
Worst streaming service ever if you stop the program it goes back to the beginning every time won’t carry on where you left off off more adverts than any other channel which you are forced to watch rubbish
I would offer minis 1 star if I could
I would offer minis 1 star if I could. Awful service, glitchy and the ads are insane! I'd pay an inordinate amount of money to sack them off!! FFS. Never had to abandon a steaming service before. Please sell outrageous to another service where we can pay to see it without crashing and so many inane ads.
Utterly dreadful
Utterly dreadful. Must have been developed by Mad Jack McMad on one of his off days. Looks cheap and vulgar and NEVER works. A new LOW in UK streaming.
Too many adverts system crashed in McDonald's advert
Too many adverts, often repeated several times and recordings often crashed during them. Tried for first and last time today.
Terrible.
Terrible.. can't watch one episode without about 30 errors occuring... Enjoying my series but cannot watch the bloody thing! I've watched more adverts than episodes... Sort it out!
Ad overload
Too many adverts repeated on loop. Im fed up with the trivago ad, the AA ad and the Numan ad where shes stuffing her face in every shot, also fed up with funeral and appeal ads. Are these your main income source
TOO MANY DAM ADVERTS....
TOO MANY DAM ADVERTS..... literally press continue watching on catch up and get 5 adverts and then 2 mins later get another 9 adverts..... within 10 mins of watching programme another batch of adverts... ridiculous , can't fast forward or skip any of it. Dont mind a few adverts but this is stupid
Too many advertisements
Literally watching a programme on U streaming service and I counted 60+ adverts in a one hour programme. This is beyond ridiculous.
Shockingly poor service - inaccurate recording time codes, a player that doesn’t work and too many ads
I needed to use the U player to see the last few minutes of the latest Annika episode. That was because the time signal sent to my Freesat recorder cut the feed off before the show ended. I tried to get the player to work on my LG tv or off the Freesat box, but couldn’t get it to work on either. It does work on my iPhone but not on my iPad. Shocking waste of time and effort.
Sack Your Programme Planner
This company really needs to have a look at it's programme scheduling, or more to the point, the useless idiot in charge of it. I refer specifically to U&Gold at the weekends when you are served a wall to wall diet of 'Only Fools and Horses' Now I don't question the quality of this particular programme, but it does become tiring when it's continual through Saturdays and Sundays, and this has been going on for years, LITERALLY!! I don't even check any more. I did try asking the question with their customer services but got no reply. I don't know what they charge for advertising slots at the weekend, but whatever it is, it's not worth it. I doubt if many people are watching.
far too many adverts lasting at least…
far too many adverts lasting at least six minutes. I don't mind some advertisments but not every four mins
If I could make this minus 5 I would
If I could make this minus 5 I would. Some box sets I’d love to watch. The service just keeps stopping for no reason, switches off and then refuses to start again. Terrible, frustrating and makes the service unwatchable. It used to be fine - won’t be watching again till someone fixes the bugs.
UTV not watchable
Funny how adverts stream perfectly, but programmes stop every 2 or 3 seconds. Not a buffering issue but a really appalling unwatchable service. I have blacklisted all products or services advertised on U channels
As before all I get is buffering or a…
As before all I get is buffering or a pink screen ie I can't access programmes. Asked for help, told to clear my computer's cache and it made no difference.
I used to access UKTVplay with no problem and can access all the other streaming services so why not U? Very frustrated.
Impossible to sign in
Absolutely atrocious service
Absolutely atrocious service. Can't access a lot of the programmes. Tedious adverts then nothing. No response to complaints either. A total waste of time.
If could would give less
If could would give less. I have on smart tv and love the shows but I can’t watch anywhere else in my house because app doesn’t work on my phone, isn’t available on Xbox! And I can’t find anywhere to get it! It’s a waste of time downloading it to start watching ng a show to not be able to move around the house to view it elsewhere.
Cant watch any programmes keeps saying…
Cant watch any programmes keeps saying refresh. Got to be the worst app ever.
Worst streaming website on the internet...
This site has some brilliant programmes...box sets of series I really want to watch.
However - doesn't flipping work most of the time! I could put up with the constant stream of inane ads IF I got the content as well; but it usually dips out, the screen goes black, and there's nothing doing.
btw, I use a laptop to access, not a phone.
Sometimes there's an error message, sometimes the orange Wheel of Death circling - but usually, nothing.
Their customer service is terrible; they never reply to queries and complaints and seem quite happy that most of their customers [or would-be customers] quit the site in disgust.
Why do they even bother to host a site at all? Nobody is watching all those ads. I don't see how they are making any money, never mind any profit.
Compared to really good sites like Channel Four's hub, this is tragic and terrible. Don't bother with it.
Edit: interestingly, today I had not one but two emails from their Customers Services saying they are 'working on it'. I won't hold my breath but IF it's fixed - and stays fixed - I'll report back. I want to be fair!
Tell me when this is sorted
Really disappointed. Lots of good programmes to watch but it keeps disconnecting constantly. Add the incessant adverts, and all viewing pleasure is laid waste. Send me an email to tell me the issues are fixed. Until then I shan't be returning.
