Do not, under any circumstances go near this website - you won’t receive your order and will loose your money. The website reviews are fabrications. That these crooks are still being allowed to trade is extraordinary.

The same experience as other reviewers ,Order confirmed 9th November . No contact from factory . No moleskin trousers by 30th December.

absolute scam takes your money but never sends the items.no reply to emails etc the website needs to be shut down to stop them doing this. they are on facebook so maybe you can contact there or leave a comment before they block you like they did to me.i hope that there family is proud of what they do .its theft

contacted mybank and refered them to reviews here and got my money refunded

UPDATE: 25/04 CANNOT BELIVE THIS , THEY NOW DISPUTE MY CLAIM WITH MY BANK FOR THE RETURN OF MY MONEY AND LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP IT,

This website is a scam. Do not buy from them!!!

My brother in law (who I’ll call Jack F to save his embarrassment) placed an order for a pair of flannel trousers in December 2022. Jack still believes that a 91 year old Yorkshire man called Pete is seeing away and the delay has been because Pete has been shorted staffed since covid.

My wife placed an order with uktweedjackets.com in Nov'22 and has neither heard nor received anything since, despite trying to contact them multiple times. They have now changed their website to uk-tweed-jackets.com which is a scammer trick; when one domain gets shut down they move to another. They need closed down before they can commit more fraud. Any reviews here by unverified clients that claim to have receive clothing items historically are in the vast minority.

Super black moleskin suit ( five stars for the quality of the suit itself) ordered 12 Feb just delivered via FedEx. About 3 weeks later than estimated 28 day delivery. Communication channels - messaging via website and phone number showing on website don’t work so we emailed the proprietor directly at Oakwood Tailors in Leeds - where UK Tweed Jackets are based.All’s well that ends well and happy with the product itself.

I wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering- it is now two months & counting since these people took my order (and money) for a jacket & waistcoat- they haven't responded to either the ticket I raised nor my email enquiry.

Did not receive the item. Paid over £100 for tweed trouser. No response when contacted by email. Phone number is not recognised.

Disgusted with the behaviour of this company, the worst experience ever , they take your money straight away and you never see the goods ..it’s been over 2 months for me .. when you try to make contact no one replies or has the decency to respond
people like this to need be jailed , taking advantage of people when times are tough , disgraceful.. do not order or you will be sorry

This place is a scam! Really wished I saw these posts prior to purchasing. I have initiated an investigation to get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Same problems as everybody else. Submitted order money taken from my account. Three months later still no item. Emails ignored and telephone number appears to be fake. Well done UK tweed jackets you must be very proud.

In April 2022 I ordered two pairs of trousers from this company and paid over 200 for them by debit card. My payment was processed, I have never heard another word from them in spite of endless emails to them and attempted phone calls to a non existent company. This company is a scam - do not use them. I am reporting them to my bank and the police. Peter Duffell

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Waistcoat ordered in May 22 still nothing as of August 22. Weekly/daily emails go unanswered so prompted the credit card co to refund me. Email from uktweetjackets a week ago informing a refund has been made but it has not. A totally infuriating experience, don’t touch with a barge pole

Looks like I’ll have to go through the small claims court procedure. Order placed in February, emails and calls ignored. Thieving bar steward

Went through the small claims court and 1 week later had my money refunded. Wish I had done this earlier.

This company can at least steal your money - on order for me, like everyone else - but that's all you will get.

If anyone has any luck through the small claims court, please let us know. In the meantime it wouldn't surprise me to read that someone has resorted to violence.

As with everyone else. Paid for goods and not received.
