I placed my order 3 months ago and despite numerous inquires, I've heard nothing back from them. Evidently, they've ghosted me. No information, no refund. Really, they don't deserve any stars.

I should have read the reviews here before ordering. Same experience as others. Doesn't deliver and doesn't respond to e-mail. Have disputed the charge through American Express in an attempt to get my money back.

I ordered some trousers about 6 weeks ago, money taken from my account but no email confirmation an order was even placed. I've emailed twice, once after two weeks and once after a month, no reply to either. I still don't know if my order was even processed as no one responds...
I understand the company must be busy but a company in 2021 cannot just ignore emails related to orders not received. I'll change my review if anything ever turns up but so far I've had a bad experience with nothing to show for it and over £100 gone from my account. A simple "yes, we are working on it, it should be there in _ weeks" would suffice, but so far, silence... Very frustrating.

Still nothing after 12 weeks. No product, no response to repeated emails. At this point I feel like I've been scammed with no hope of getting my roughly £100 back. Never dealt with a company like it. I pray people find these reviews before ordering unlike me.

This is a holding review. I am having the same communication problems as other reviewers. Nothing works - no response to emails or support tickets and the contact telephone number is wrong.

However, the good news is I have previously ordered and received a pair of moleskin trousers which were excellent.

Come on UK Tweed Jackets. Sort out your communication and delivery problems. Be straight with us and get the five star reviews your products deserve.

Three months later my order never arrived and after multiple attempts to contact customer service I received no response. This is fraud.

Awful service, last response was June where they confirmed the order and payment that they have taken.
Since then no response from emails and the track my order just says it's unavailable. The whole experience has left me feeling like I've been scammed and foolish for trusting that this company would deliver as promised.

Order for cavalry twill trousers acknowledged Oct 23, 2021. Email from me advising order not yet delivered and requesting status update Nov 3, 2021. Response from UK Tweed Jackets on Nov 7, 2021 - request for rating and review. My rating and review as above on Nov 7, 2021.
Addendum - Trousers did eventually arrive and like other frustrated clients I have to say they were first class. Gotta improve the customer service, that's all.

I ordered a denim Shetland tweed suit in July 2021. It arrived in October 2021. The fit was extremely poor. The chest piece is buckled so the jacket does not sit properly, and the overall finish is sloppy (lots of stray threads unfinished, poor stitching, bad workmanship throughout. There is no returns policy because the garments are "made to measure." This is, frankly, shocking. A staggeringly bad service, and garments that are absolutely NOT worth the price tag. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Their website is wrong because when you order goods they are described as being in stock and it appears that nothing is available. It is clear that the company is charging for goods as soon as they are ordered and using this cash to fulfil earlier orders that they have postponed. This is appalling and I am in the process of issuing a writ to recover my money as I cancelled the order. I would not recommend anyone to order goods the wait could be for months if you read other reviews.

Placed and paid for an order in October 2020, its now February 2021 and still no sign of my order
Despite a number of emails to their customer sales, i have had no response from them at all
I understand lockdown etc, but at the very least they should either not be taking orders if they are not open, or contacting customers to keep them updated

Order and paid August 2019, tried Paypal refund because 2 months period was closing and they were not responding email. At Paypal they claimed have tried to contact me because order was delayed because they did not have material at the moment. I was happy that the Paypal account was shoving that they will refund - not so fast: they cancelled payment at the same moment when Paypal sent me a message that the case is closed because the seller agreed to pay me.

Result: no trousers, no money and no emails.

Update on March 12, 2020:
Trousers finally arrived. Both are made very well and are top quality - so I can comment that they are really well made. So here is verdict:

-They are making really quality products. Both trousers are really top quality (sewing, fabric - everything).
For some reason unknown to me their communication skills are just awful for a company that have two different web sites (uktweedjackets and Oakwood Tailors).
So 5 stars for products and 1 star for communication.
I cannot recommend to buy online but if you have opportunity to visit at Leeds then that is probably different case.

When placing an order I was given an expected delivery time of 28 days. I am currently over 2 weeks past that and have tried contacting the company 3 times via email with no response and the only number I have for them does not work. Starting to doubt if the company exists.

A good product completely spoiled by appalling customer facing services. Repeated promises of delivery, repeated excuses for non-delivery, never return phone calls even when they promised to do so within 15 minutes, very seldom answer their phones, an awful company to deal with.
I was very surprised when my jacket arrived as I had almost resigned myself to thinking that I had been scammed! The goods eventually arrived nine weeks and one day after ordering. My next stop was going to be Trading Standards in two days time.
