Delivery was quick- measurements are true to size - but quality is very disappointing for this price, doesn’t look even close to the picture in the shop. Also shipping costs are way to high considering it’s coming from china which is subsidized for international shipments and does pay close yo nothing for shipping

Good experience, expect a long delivery of a month at least. Clothes have soft feel. Good communication from supplier when there was a delay

Sizing was accurate (I'm a 36 and 158 cm, but length was good). Particularly loved the blue dress with white flowers, the cut is so flattering! Had so many compliments! While the fabric wasn't quite what I was expecting, it is really light and airy. The green dress is less flattering for my build, with my large bust & height, but love the pattern & colours. Came on time. Highly recommend Ulbey, will be buying from them again!

This has been an awful experience.! I received a dress that doesn’t look like the photo. The shape is boxy and the fabric is shiny. This is the second dress I’ve unordered from Ulbey. Neither look like the photo. The first dress they offered a $35 refund or full refund if I pay for shipping. It already cost me almost $60. They have outright refused to accept the return of this dress. They claim it must be a quality issue. Somehow they believe that they can sell a dress that looks nothing like the photo. This is called misrepresentation and is unacceptable. Between the two dresses I am out a significant amount of money and I’m mad. Don’t order this dress! It doesn’t look like the photo!!!!

I got a mail that my adress was wrong. I had to pay 15€ more to get i shipped to my adress again. If i didnt they would return it and charge me for the return shipping.
Tried to send a mail twice to service/support that the adress was right. But they only sent me pre Written replise. So now they are holdning my dressen hostage if i dont pay them more to send to same adress

What I ordered arrived safely and fits well. I am pleased with my purchase.

AVOID - The dress was not as expected at all, the fit/quality not like the picture so in the process of trying to get a refund.
First offer - was to pay for the shipping for another dress, which wouldn't be a cost
Second offer $10 refund and keep the dress - the dress was over $50

On the plus side the dress arrived quickly, however would not order from them again.

Received 5 dresses that were far too big. Material cheap thin nylon.
Poor quality & cost over £200. Ordered small size & are massive tents. Can only get £40 odd refund & told to keep the dresses. Total scam. Never but from internet again! Rip off merchants.

A lot of dresses to choose from, quick response at support desk, but you can't plan to wear your new dress next weekend.

Nice dresses. Well made and very happy with two of them. The blue one without sleeves and with a tie behind it wasn't quite what I imagined, but the green and black one was great. The material was not exactly what I had imagined but that could be due to my ignorance. Reliable and quite fast delivery.

Kept me up to date on the shipping and got to me in a safe timely manner here in Mexico! Cute dress!
