Better delivery communication needed
The delivery took quite a while to arrive and the tracking did not tell you much, or notify you when it was on its way, it suddenly arrived out of nowhere so it was just by luck I caught it. The dresses are nice, fabric is ok, not a high quality, but ok. Not use how long they will last.

Dreadful clothes, dreadful customer service.
They dont do returns.
Whatever you do, don't buy from these guys. The quality is dreadful and the clothes are cheap imitations of the pictures.
I am now in an email dispute. First I was offered a $12 refund for a $90 order, then a $25 refund. Now I am up to $45. They have now given me an address for a refund, but I will have to send them to Dubai at my own expense.
Just not worth it. Fabric is like lining material and the clothes don't hang in any way as they look in the picture and gape on the bust.
I think it says everything that on every Facebook advert, commenting is turned off.

They are violating GDPR-rules and are most likely buying sensitive information on people.
I saw an advert on facebook for this company and got redirected to their website.
The next day, I start getting newsletters form Ulbey eventhough I never signed up for any newsletter. How they got my e-mailadress is not known. All I know is that:
1: I haven´t provided them with my mail adress. They must have bought the information from Facebook i guess.
2: They are not allowed to sent me marketing mails without my explicit consent (huge violation of the GDPR-rules).
I would NEVER trust them with something so sensitve as my credit card information for instance after experiencing this.
