Terrible quality and service
No customer Journey Absolutely terrible. The quality is cheap, the design is not as shown on pictures and the refund procedure is the worst ever. You have to write for a return and refund authorisation. But instead of receiving the authorisation you are in a hamster wheel of Emails asking to keep the items for less money, to donate a part of it and so on. Stay away from Ulbey!

It has been 18 days since Ulbey withdraw the payment from my bank account and I have still not received anything - moreover still it says "Preparing for shipment", and when I write the Customer Support they keeper telling me that they still need to prepare some items before they can get it ready for shipment. I'm beginning to think it is a fraud.
