My wife and I had been looking to purchase an outside storage building for quite sometime. The other manufacturers looked good in pictures but after seeing them in person we were not impressed with the workmanship and general construction of any of the samples we had seen. I finally came to the conclusion that they were all the same and I might as well settle for one of them and move on. My wife found an ad for Ulrich on the Internet and I thought I'd give them a call. Steven Lockwood was the representative that answered my call and was able to explain all of my questions that I had. He meticulously went through all of the different options that was available and was in no way one if those high pressure salesman who you sometimes run into. He was so proud of his buildings and courteous in the handling of the transaction that I wanted everyone that might read this that he and Ulrich is the way to buy. The building turned out to be even more than I expected and is 2nd to none in comparison with buildings of the same type. The entire experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend Steven Lockwood and Ulrich to anyone.

We recently had a fire destroying our shed of almost 20 years. It had been so well constructed by a friend of ours that even the severity of the fire did not totally destroy the building saving some precious items. We were impressed with the way Ulrich buildings are constructed and even more so with our salesperson, Steven Lockwood. Steven wasn’t pressuring, he noted our concerns with size & cost and really worked to make sure we understood our options for what we wanted. He was extremely patient and forthcoming when we waffled on changing color combinations that would not have given us our desired effect. We truly appreciated him being honest & approachable and the ‘family’ feel of the organization even when speaking with others that made us feel that Ulrich was there to do the best job for us. Well the shed came in sooner than expected, is up and looking beautiful thanks to Bob, the carpenter. We look forward to storing another 20 years of memories! We would definitely recommend Ulrich Barn Builders to anyone that is considering purchasing a storage building of any type!

I have been interested in purchasing a storage building for several years now. I am a single mother so this was a big purchase for me and I wanted to make sure that I was getting a building that would last for years to come. After calling around and visiting different places that sell storage buildings I decided to purchase one with Ulrichbarns. My sales representative Steven Lockwood was great. He was very informative and answered all of my questions and the concerns that I had. He also explained to me what separated Ulrich from other companies and this was the main reason why I chose this company. I would definitely recommend Ulrichbarns to anyone that is considering purchasing a storage building.

Worked with Steven at Ulrich. He did a great job handling the sale and processing the order. I was very tight on my time and delivery requirements, but Steven cleared any obstacles that were there. Delivery was fast and easy.

The building is fantastic. I have a building of different manufacture (metal sides) but my Ulrich building is nicer. It feels sturdy and durable, and has very high quality hardware (door handles, hinges). I must note that some nails do protrude through the asphalt shingle roof. The color options chosen work great for me, and the building's paint job quality is wonderful.

I'd do it again in a heartbeat

Shed was well built. Like having the option to customize as needed. Like that Ulrich provides cement blocks for setting the shed.

Everyone was very informative and helpful. They worked with the custom items I wanted and even installed sooner then I had first been scheduled! Shed looks awesome and is high quality craftsmanship!

Recently we purchased a 14 by 28 ft lofted barn from Ulrich Barns. From our initial visit to the sales location in Tyler TX to the delivery of our building to Troup, TX all of our expectations were exceeded. The construction of the barn was superb and their custom hardware ( hinges, hasp and latches) are of the best quality. It was very easy to work with the sales folks as well as the plant management to have custom colors and architectural shingles installed. This allowed for the barn to match other buildings on the property the minute it arrived. The delivery was really interesting and a bit of a challenge due to the lay of the land and trees but it went without a hitch. We won't look elsewhere when we add another shop to our place, it will be an Ulrich

Steve worked me & on my schedule & time to buy. When I first contacted him I was about 3 months from actually making a purchase, he made contact within that 3 month period just to check if I was still interested, no hassles, no pressure., he helped with the finances, answered All of my questions, he was very, very patient. It took me a long time to review & compared other companies; based on my research & other reviews I decided to to with Ulrich, & it was the best decision ever. It rained for weeks before they could actually build & the builder waked with My schedule . My only regret....is that I didn't have the shelving included , but will be calling them bk after I get it paid off to see if they will come out to do it. The barn it self is great in quality & material, & they were very professional. I just can t say enough about my great experience from the beginning to the end. You definitely will not go wrong or regret choosing this company...they are awesomely extraordinary !!

Ulrichbarns product quality and customer was by far a major plus after the sale was made. They accommodated a change in the build date and completed the build on-site in one day as promised. The 10' x 16' shed is by far the best quality I've seen. It may cost a little more than others but is worth it given its watertightness and sturdy construction. Would highly recommend Ulrichbarns

It was a pleasure doing business with Ulrich. Great selection. Knowledgeable sales staff and very good pricing. The delivery and set up was much quicker than I ever imagined. I would highly recommend Ulrich.

Great buildings, great service, would recommend to others

Ulrich helped us alot. We called around for prices and found them to be the most reasonable and friendly. Called early morning and scheduled an appointment and was able to go out to their location in Cleburne to look at the storage building we have been talking about. Got out there and the gentlemen helping us had all our paperwork ready to sign. Having 2 kids with us at the time made it so much harder but with the preperation done by the gentlemen, it took us less then 5 minutes to get everything set and on the road we went. We had them build on site and the one guy that came out was friendly and did a FANTASTIC job. I would highly refer Ulrichbarns to anyone looking for a shed. It's almost a year into having our shed and with the crazy weather in Texas, it still looks brand new. Thank you Ulrichbarns..

I have been so impressed with the quality of Ulrich products compared to many others that I have shopped. Of particular importance to me, is that the Ulrich people that I have worked with, from owners to shop personnel, have been honest and hardworking, always looking to ensure my needs are defined and that they meet them.

I am so glad I took the time to learn about sheds.

There is much to learn so you are sure to get a quality product. Working with Ulrich is a pleasure because they seem to have nothing to hide about their sheds. I learned about why strong hinges are important, how the floor can be built to not warp, and that air circulation in sheds matters too, among other things.

I do think they could spend more time on the phone asking questions about how the shed will be used, but overall, I can honestly say they are the easiest way to get a great shed that I know of.( I know lots of places that don't make it easy)

i give Ulrich an A+!!! The service was very good and I really had fun watching the tech set the house... Amazing ... One man! They had such good prices and excellent quality.

I got the Log Cabin with the railed porch and loft, oh by the way I'm sixty six and I waited for a VERY LONG TIME for my Playhouse! The wait was worth it...my grandchildren told me!

Bought a 10'x16' Garden Shed with wrap around loft and I absolutely love it. I'm so glad I purchased it, not only does it look nice in my backyard but the loft essentially stored everything i needed to store leaving all of my floor space available for a private workshop. I'm an engineer and I'm very particular about quality and workmanship, Urlich Barns meets and exceeds my standards!!!

The best advertising you can get is word of mouth, so here you go. I have been around construction my entire life, with my Granddad owning his own company. I didn't pursue that career path, but I certainly know a little bit about it. This is hands down the best product I found. Very well constructed, using 2x4 instead of the 2x2 studs that you see in ones sold at Lowes and Home Depot. It's very stable and solid, and will last for years to come. A little more than some of the others? Yes, but you get what you pay for. Go ahead and buy a cheaper model, when it falls down you can store your stuff in mine. And for me, just as important as the product, is the Customer Service. They were very pleasant, easy to work with, and did exactly what they said they would. Can't say enough about the product and the positive experience that I had with Ulrich Barns. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for any type of outdoor storage building or barn.

I purchased the 10x12 tee house to be used as a shooting house on my backyard target range, I am very pleased with the design and overall style of it. It is well built and sturdy plus it looks good. The man that delivered it was supper nice and knew how to move it and sat it up, made it look easy.

We have purchased two Ulrich barns. When looking at the price, my husband always said he could build it himself for much less. However, you know how that goes! Yes, he no doubt could, but he never would, at least not within any realistic time frame. The quality is good, the delivery and set-up is very professional, and communication is also. We are considering a larger site-built cabin.
