I have bought two sheds over the last couple years from Ulrich Barn Builders. My sales rep is Steven Lockwood, and he is the finest young gentleman! He is always so professional, caring, and attentive to my needs! Their sheds are for sure the the best looking, highest quality sheds in the state, and definitely have the best warraties! (All though you wont need them). Both delivery drivers were very professional, and proficient in their work as well. If you are looking for a shed this is the company to go with and make sure to ask for Steven.

From the initial contact with Steve Lockwood to the delivery of my barn by Nathan, Ulrich did things right. Steve was very accommodating and responsive to my needs for a barn. He knows how to get a barn sold. Nathan, (never got his last name) delivered the barn and did a great job of minimizing the number of trees I had to trim to get the barn to its spot. I am putting a small carriage house on my property later this year and I certainly will consider Ulrich for the job.

Everything went well until the day they delivered it. Two days before delivery date. Then the only one that would talk to me was Nathan. I just would have like to have known they were coming.

Looked all over for sheds kick many tires if you know what I mean stopped at this company on a Sunday afternoon.This company had a big lot full of sheds after looking around for two hours we picked out what we liked. I called Steven
Lockwood on Monday and we talked about what we wanted. I said I wanted one more look, so we went out to Ulrich on Saturday meet Steven he went over what we were getting, made the deal and we had our new shed in two weeks.

Steven was very helpful in answering get any and all the questions that I had.

It is very seldom in this day and age when you purchase a products, and everything the company, the salesperson, and the installer promises to do, come true! It has been a pleasure to work with everyone associated with Ulrich Barns. From our meeting with Steven Longwood, to our installer Bob, everything was handled very professionally.

We will recommend Steven, Bob & Ulrich Barns to anyone that we talk to about storage sheds in the future.

Thanks so much for your help with our storage shed project. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the quality, the service, and the value that you and Ulrich Barns provided.

Prior to shopping with you, I had looked at a hardware store for a 10x12 storage shed. I found one at our local, national chain, for a price of $2,000. While I was a bit put off by the cheap materials, I thought “well, it is a shed after all. The quality won’t matter that much for $2,000”. However, when I went inside to purchase the shed, all of the upgrades and add-ons drove the price close to $5,000.

Fortunately, I stopped that transaction and found Ulrich Barns. You were very helpful in the initial interview and pricing. Ulrich built the shed and painted it to my specs, and delivered it on-time. There were no “add-ons”, and the quality of the shed knocked my socks off. It contained all the features the hardware superstore charged extra for, provided better quality, and ended up costing close to $1,000 less.

Of course, I told my wife that we got these results because I’m brilliant. The truth is that you and the Ulrich team are the ones that made me so. Thank you for being so easy to work with, so dependable, so value-conscious, and so dedicated to Customer Service.

I have to take a minute to say just how pleased my wife and i were with the honesty and straightforwardness of Ulrich Barns and their business. I enjoyed talking with Steven Lockwood, who made the entire process easy for my wife and I to select the shed we needed and wanted, at a great price for what i feel is high grade quality materials...

Communication was also great with Steven, always taking the time to answer any questions i had and being as informative as possible.

The install/build was quick and easy for us and respectful of my property and i couldnt have been more pleased with the finish on my shed. It has top notch build and paint quality. If you need a shed, barn or building of your own, call Steven. Lowes and Home Depot are a waste of time.

I bought a Ulrich Building as a temporary building for our gun range business. Building is great and has worked well. They care about the quality of their product and their service.

The whole experience was terrific. Steven went well beyond his duties to help me get a permit with the city. He helped me work through the whole process of getting the permit. I could not believe that one person built this customized version of the 10 x 16 shed in 1 1/2 days. The quality of the shed is far superior to the ones that you see at the big name hardware discount stores (HD and L). We really liked the way you could see the colors on line when you go through color selection. Excellent customer service.

It was a wonderful experience to watch our garage go up right in front of us. All the contractors were top notch and did A plus work. Brian Seaman did an outstanding job supervising the work and his communications with me was right on. The garage is beautiful and I so enjoyed that it was a turn-key job from start to finish. I would recommend this company to handle your garage needs. Thanks again for a wonderful & professional job.

Ulrich Barns builds a great product. But these products would not get to the customer without the great customer service of Steven Lockwood. Steven worked with me to pick the best garden shed for my purpose and size of my lot. Steven helped pick the appropriate colors ad roofing so that it was a match to my residence. Steven also planned the easiest way to deliver and "set" the shed on my property. He was efficient and courteous. Steven is a great asset to Ulrich Barns!

I could not recommend an Ulrich building enough. My property is not easily accessible so I had to have it built on site. Steven Lockwood answered all of my questions and spent more time than he needed to listening to my dream plans for my property. The on-site build was finished in 8 hours for a 8x12 Lofted Barn Shed. The color scheme was exactly what I expected based on the links Ulrich sends you to pick it out.

If I decide to add a cabin or a tractor shed to my property, I know who to reach out to.

After doing my own research of several different shed companies, Ulrich Barn Builders was at the top of our list. I contacted them and Steven
Lockwood was the rep that worked with us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the Ulrich products. We met with Steven and looked at several different structures. He helped us narrow down what would work best for us. We purchased two structures, a Premier lofted barn shed and a Premier shed with French doors that we are using for our pool cabana. They contacted us within two days of our purchase to set a date for construction. They arrived on time and the structures were completed within two days. We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism or quality of Urlich Barn Builders!!

I love the quality and size of my shed. It is tall enough in which to walk. It looks great in my backyard.

I had been considering a new shed for a while, but could not find what I was looking for online. Finally I called and told Steve what I was looking for. In just a few minutes he had shown my online, what I wanted and explained some really great terms for the building.
Two weeks later the guys showed up and built it onsite in a day and a half. They did an excellent job, and it was amazing to watch them work. When the job was done they cleaned up everything.
This is my second building from Ulrich. I am very pleased with the work they do and the professionalism they show. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We are very pleased with our 10'x12 Premier building. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. Steven did a great job selling the shed and Bob was spectacular with the installation. We compared several shed brands and for the money, Ulrich was the best value. Not the least expensive, but certainly the best built!
