Steven Lockwood explained the whole process extremely well and was really quick to answer all our questions clearly. The storage building was built very well and I received it a week ahead of schedule. We are very happy with our shed and it looks great in our yard.

I just purchased a lovely Cottage Shed for the move to my Boyfriend's mother's house to give us extra storage for tools, feed, alfalfa, etc. Jim White was my salesman and point of contact. I am in Sales myself and I have to say how impressed I was with Jim's quick response and helping me purchase what we needed. His professionalism and customer service was/is hand's down 5 Stars!! Steve Lockwood at Ulrich Barns is a pro! He knows his products and knows he represents the best. He was patient with us, guiding us through the process. We were careful because we had been to the big boxes and others alway underwhelmed. We bought a 10x14 shed and had it built on site. We could not be more pleased with the shed or the service provided by Steve Lockwood and staff at Ulrich Barns.

We had 2 buildings built on site. One utility shed and one garden shed. We are very happy with the quality of the buildings. From the 1st phone call with Steven Lockwood we knew we were in good hands. Steven worked with us on our ideas and getting through local city inspections. I would definitely have another building built with Ulrich and have and will recommend them to everyone.

Bridgette was helpful from the moment I called to ask about buying another cabin. This is our second!
She was cheerful, curious, helpful and efficient. I even added a few windows late in the game and she didn't blink any eye and made it happen.
Then there is Tim. Tim brought our first cabin 5 years ago! He is an ace semi driver and has the following attributes: calm, efficient, safe, tireless, confident and cheerful.
I want to thank both Bridgette and Tim and all the Ulrich staff for helping make my dream come true.

Bob arrived at 7:10 AM - twenty minutes early. He went right to work. I asked him an hour or so later: "When does the rest of your crew arrive?"

"I'm it," he replied, "I've been building these for thirty years, I don't need a crew."

He milled, he sorted parts, he built in a logical order, he painted, he roofed. A little touch-up painting and he was done almost exactly twelve hours later.

And the shed is perfect! It's exactly what we wanted, where we wanted it, the colors we ordered, and the quality we were sold to expect. Steven tells it like it is, and Bob builds it like Steven sells it.

Steven Lockwood was our sales representative. My wife and I were assisting my Mother in-law in getting a building for her move to our back yard. Steven was very patient with all of us and very knowledgeable of all that Ulrich Barns has to offer. He asked us key questions and made some sound suggestions to go along with our needs and preferences. Steven was ready when we arrived and was quick to understand what would work best with our needs. We are totally satisfied and look forward to purchasing another cabin within the year.

After a couple weeks of shopping around, I came across Ulrich Barns and my search was over. Bridget Porter made the ordering process effortless. She walked me through the order and addressed any questions I had. Any follow up emails and calls were returned very quickly. It's nice to feel your purchase matters to the vendor beyond being just a receipt.

The shed is great. Bob was very friendly & professional during the build. I was amazed at his attention to detail.

We are a second time around buyer from Ulrich. They have provided excellent customer service from day one. We still have the first shed that was purchased from them several years ago. Rosslyn at the Cleburne site was excellent at helping us come to our final decision on the right building.

I have been looking at these buildings with my wife for several years, now. We have never been given such wonderful customer service as we did when we met Steve Lockwood. From the very first, he walked me through what my options were from online to in person. He made it so easy and simple that I thought there must be a catch! But there was not one. Even when I handed him cash a week early for our downpayment, I thought there must be something wrong with this. But when we got home and emailed asking for a receipt to be emailed to me for our records, he did not hesitate. Thank you, Steve, for your wonderful customer service and help through this process. You are the perfect sales person for someone such as my wife, who will spend weeks or days pondering over purchasing something she needs, only to talk herself out of it! You convinced even her, that this was a great investment, and I believe it is.

I placed an online request for a quote and received a call quickly from Bridget Porter. From the start, she was amazingly helpful and gave us the best of customer service. We put everything together over the phone and online but we wanted to see their quality so we drove 3 hours to Cleburne to check them out. Bridget was an outstanding host, the Ulrich yard was impressive, and all the Ulrich staff I met were super friendly and kind. Bridget helped me custom design something that would fit our needs and at a cost we wanted to pay. The results are amazing! We are thrilled with the quality of work and the design. I would recommend Ulrich to anyone and would tell you to absolutely call Bridget if you want someone to help you who genuinely cares!

I was originally impressed by how well built Ulrich Sheds were. After expressing a need for a building with a concrete foundation, we were immediately referred to the Ulrich Barns division. We visited their models at the company headquarters in Cleburne and found exactly the building we needed. The 20'x24' garage was of the same high quality construction as we had seen in the sheds.
We were impressed that customer satisfaction was the #1 priority of sales personnel, the field supervisor (who visited our property daily throughout construction) and the different crews who built out garage.
The crews were on site a total of 8 days. The siding and shingles match our home exactly. We could not be more pleased with the quality, customer care and reasonable price of our new garage.

These buildings are very well built and we love the quality. They look nice too. Our shed looks perfect in the backyard and we can't wait to organize it. Steven was great to work with and was able to get us exactly what we needed at a good price! We would definitely recommend Ulrich.

We are very pleased with the results of ordering a playhouse for my grand daughters. It was built exactly as I ordered it, larger and higher than the standard model It was delivered as promised and set in place exactl;y where we wanted it.

Our 16x48 barn with two dormers was delivered March 25, 2016 and we are beyond pleased with the process, the product, the delivery, and the folks at Ulrich. Aaron out in Venus, Tx was joyful and patient with the many, many questions we had. It was delivered on the date we were told it would be. The driver, Jay, was just fantastic as he maneuvered this large building down a long, wooded driveway. He was very sincere and worked nonstop to get all the many blocks set underneath our building. He helped make this a joyful event so we plan to request him to deliver our next barn. We looked at other dealers but kept coming back to Ulrich. These guys are always friendly and sincere, something hard to find these days. If you are looking for a barn or cabin, please come talk with these folks. They understand this can be a big decision. They don't rush you to sign on the dotted line. They truly want make this a pleasant experience. Thanks Ulrich, Aaron, and Jay! You helped our "cup runneth over". GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!

Steve Lockwood sold us our shed at the Ft. Worth Home & Garden Show in February 2016. We had them build it on site in March 2016. They brought it out in pieces and built it and painted it from the ground up.
They did an awesome job!! I would highly recommend Ulrich Barns for your storage needs.

Ordered an 8x12 shed for the back yard built on site. It took a full day to construct, but the team was on time, worked diligently throughout the day and wrapped up about 5. The shed is level, rock solid and an absolute asset to our yard. You can look at the other sheds and consider the lesser price, but the Ulrich product will exceed expectations and you'll never feel you compromised on any aspect of the product. We later added the metal framed cedar ramp and feel it could last an easy 10-20 years while making it super easy to access the shed.
