I ordered from them in 2021 March. It is now June 2022. I have not received anything at all. After 6 months of me complaining, they cancelled my order and still no refund. It’s been 8 months since they cancelled my order. They are a bunch of scammers

Do not deal with this scam company
Disgraceful company to deal with. I placed an order for a coat that was assured delivery within a certain time frame. When this was not met I cancelled the order and requested repayment. They eventually accepted the order cancellation and promised a refund. This was in November 2021. After making contact with them several times and getting their computer generated reply saying the refund 'was being processed' you have to believe that this business is a scam.

UltaModan charged my credit card for a coat I ordered from them online. They refused to refund my money nor would they deliver the coat. They used deceptive measures and weaseled out of it completely. I was scammed. In my experience they are not a reputable business.

Do not order from this company, they will take your money but you won’t receive the goods. Waited 2 months for a top which never arrived. Each time I contacted them to chase up I was told to keep waiting until I eventually said I want a refund and to cancel the order and was told I should “initiate a dispute/chargeback claim for the transaction with your credit card issuer/ bank”. I’ve never come across anything like this before and will be doing research before I order anything else online!

Firstly I do not understand how this company is still in operation! the reviews on here are crazy, I’ve yet to hear of anyone who has actually received their order, I placed an order 19/03/22, received email instantly advising tracking would be provided upon dispatch, that’s the last I heard from anyone, 12 emails later, still waiting for it to be dispatched, same response each time advising they are experiencing huge delays and my order will be made an urgent priority, still waiting on that dispatch email, I am reporting them to trading standards, I hope everyone else will too, and get these fraudulent scammers closed down.

Terrible. It’s a scam
Terrible. An absolute scam. Do not buy from them. I ordered from them in January and I emailed them on multiple occasions to ask where my items were and they would continuously tell me it is “being processed and will be dispatched in a few days”.Thankfully I was able to get a refund from my bank when I decided to look for some reviews, many of them similar to my experience.
And To be clear I did not receive a refund from ultamodan I had to get in touch with my bank and let them know that I have been scammed and they investigate it, you will not receive a refund from ultamodan they just tell you that to give you some hope but nothing ever comes through.

WARNING ⛔️ Do not buy anything from this company. They don’t deserve any stars at all. I never received my item and it took nearly 10 months to finally get a refund. Appalling customer service too. As they wouldn’t reply to my emails or answer the phone I had to go through Resolver, a tool for raising complaints.

I bought a faux jacket 22/10/2021. We're now in 25/05/2022 & still no jacket. However I'd asked for a refund in January 2022 because I realised I was not going to get my jacket. I wish I could screen shot conversation I had with them. LIES, LIES, LIES & more LIES. I told them I'd be going online and write my review. So on 27/02/2022 I was promised a refund. Which I also have the message still on my phone but no refund. So I guess I've lost my money to a dishonest & fake trading company.

These terrible reviews are very real to me and will be to you if you purchase from them.
I ordered a skirt and top co-ord in February 2022, never arrived. After many many emails of chasing, I was repeatedly informed that my item is on it way. This month I asked for a refund which was agreed but never materialised. Today I was told in order to get a refund I should open a dispute with my bank!
Please note when I asked for a refund they offered me credit in the first instance with £10 my next order...I guess so they could have more money of mine which I would never see again. Fortunately I saw through their lies.
Given how tight money is for everyone at the moment, it is absolutely disgusting to be scammed like this! I buy myself a treat and essentially I am robbed!
They always email back very fast and always signed off with a different name even during a back and forth conversation. I imagine it is the same person writing a different name.
Given all these other reviews I would suggest something dodgy is going on.
P.S Ultamodan don't bother replying to this review asking me to "reach out" and "how sorry" you are. I know it's BS.

I'm still trying to get my refund from the item bought 5 months ago
They never shipped it (the skirt) and now witholding the refund. I never seen the item, so can't speak to it's quality, but considering awful customer service I won't be surprised if it's a cheap Chinese crap

Fed up with the wait and so agreed on a cancellation with them in march.
It never showed up on my bank card and so I got in touch.
Ever since that day in march I've had nothing but excuse after excuse why it hasn't shown up.
Even as much as "be patient"it's coming.
Now here we are 2 months on and still no show of a refund ,just more and more tiresome excuses.
If only I'd of read the reviews before buying,I'd of given them a wide,wide,wide birth.(see trustpilot reviews.)
Now I'm out of pocket thanks to them!!!
