I ordered a coat from these people in March and now in July I still have not received the coat. I have emailed several times and they have responded quickly but telling me they have spoken with a 3rd party about the order and they are waiting for them! Then they go on to tell me I can track my order! Today I emailed again and they have come back with the same type of email. This time I asked for a refund, where as before I threaten to ask for refund. They said the will give me a credit note. But I would be in the same situation when trying to order with a credit note won’t be receiving the item. They have got my money under false pretences and I am not happy with this at all. I can’t go to my bank and ask them to deal with it because it’s outside the timelines. Whatever you do take heed of what people like me on here are saying. This company have no intentions of sending the goods you have paid for or refund your money. Disgusting way to do business. I am done with them.

Don’t buy from here because if you return you will not get your money back! I bought something last year in October, returned both addresses and sent numerous emails backwards and forth! First ones kept saying I have to wait about 5 working days, then on to there was a problem with the returns department, and finally Saying The refund merchant portal is now obsolete and I have to put in to my bank with a dispute! I did this but obviously it was too late because we are now in June 2022 so i’ve lost my money and my items they had back…… and I have seen so many bad reviews and now on here since, most of them with the same problem as me!!!!!
I think this company should be shut down don’t you, and they will probably take this one off as well as the others

Really bad experience. Would never use again and would never recommend to anyone. Shocking first online experience.

Not worth one star but couldn’t give less. I have chased and chased repeatedly and my order is being “expedited”. For five months. I have now requested a refund, but no, no, madam, please bear with us, your order is being expedited. I demanded a refund again this morning, to be told that it’s being expedited. I repeated my demand to be told that they can’t deliver it and - in the same sentence - that my order is…guess what? Yup, being expedited. I repeated yet again my demand for a refund and amazingly, they have changed their “payment portal” since I placed my order and therefore can’t refund my money, so advised me to claim through my credit card. Absolutely scammers!

Do not order from Ultamodan! Ordered clothing in February with express shipping, didn’t come, asked for refund of shipping, they agreed but by April, still hadn’t received item or shipping refund.
Cancelled the order, tried to offer me store credit but eventually agreed to a refund. It’s now June and still haven’t received it. Now going through my bank for a chargeback.

Purchased a coat for my wife for the 2021 Holidays well in time for delivery before then end of the month. Nothing came. I contacted them on Feb 22, May 15, and Jun 10 seeking assistance. Each time they indicated it was their supply chain having trouble and that they had my order in the topmost priority. After six months I gave up and asked for a refund. They responded by first asking if I would accept a refund with a five dollar bonus, and, after I refused that, they told me, "We've ceased using the payment gateway used to process your original payment. As a result, we can no longer action the refund through our system as the merchant refund portal is now obsolete." That is a direct quote and, as an employee of a very large department store working directly in the Point of Sale department - specifically in credit processing - I know that the claim being made by Ultamodan is 100% pure lies. I cannot recommend that you make any kind of purchase from this company. They do not appear to be legitimate, nor do they appear to honor any claim of satisfaction for the customer. Please support some other business.

Don't buy from this company its a joke ordered a playsuit in march for my birthday in July now ordered month before birthday!!!!!! have contacted this company its on its way thats all they have said soooo i asked for a refund....They told me i have to contact my bank to sent up a refund what a cheek so quick to take the money!!!!!its was only £20 but thats not the point!!!!!DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY cos you receive nothing and they dont want to give you back your money!!!!!!!!!!

Would personally give them zero stars if I could. Ordered October 2021 and didn’t receive goods so cancelled order. Asked for a refund and it is now June 2022 and still waiting. Have sent numerous emails and always get same reply - it is with our finance department. Disgusting how they can get away with stealing our money. Stay well away

Not a UK based organisation- hold no stock in Uk.Do not understand or abide by UK law. All they do is lie and take money under false pretences. Fancy website but totally dodgy.Should be banned from trading.
Update:Now been told they have updated the payment system and to use chargeback- which is only available for 6 months after purchase.Yet another ruse to get out of refunds!!

Do not use this company! They are completely dodgy. Placed an order on 1st Jan 2022 and still not received 12 th June 22 despite numerous emails to them. They kept saying be patient, it's coming. It's a load of s%5#te, I have ordered the exact some thing from a different website and received in less than 2 weeks!!. I have asked for a refund but going by the comments it doesn't look like I will get it. Stay well away from this company. I normally read reviews first before I purchase from someone, and this time I didn't so it serves me right. It was just unfortunate they were the only website at the time that had the item I wanted. But as mentioned have since found it elsewhere. Please don't use this company EVER!

I placed an order for pajamas in November (Re: Order #US21958 confirmed) and still nothing other than messages that do not agree to cancel my order but just say “I've forwarded your order for urgent processing, we will notify you as soon as the order is dispatched.” That is a bald-faced lie. This outfit is unethical and fraudulent.

Absolutely awful company, didn’t read any of the reviews before buying and I wish I had. I thought it was legit seems I was able to get student discount and I didn’t question anything even though if never heard of the company before. After placing my order, I had heard no updates on the process of the order or the shipping within the standard shipping period which is 25-30 days. I emailed their customer care team almost 7 weeks after my purchase date asking them why it hadn’t been shipped out and to check the status to which they said they were marked it as urgent to get it processed and shipped immediately. I then waited another 3 weeks from this point until I lost patience and I emailed them again to ask about it and that I wanted a full refund. They emailed back saying they could either give me a voucher on top of a gifted £5 to spend on the website, or they can give me a refund to my original payment method. I obviously wanted the refund, another person on their customer care team called grace told me that they couldn’t process my refund as the payment gateway I used to purchase the item was ceased and that it was obsolete. She advised me to open a dispute with my bank, which is already ridiculous in its self but I had no other choice. Grace said that once they received the claim they would accept it so that I could get my refund. Although my dispute claim was rejected because apparently my bank say that they have not broken any Breach of their contract, so I’ve lost my money. Everything the company says it’s complete lies regardless of what they are saying in reply to peoples reviews, they are a scam!!!!

I ordered items in January its now June and I've not received anything. I have multiple emails saved where I believed their fulfilment team would locate and send my items but I'm now ready for a full refund and have realised they've not once offered that. I don't feel hopeful about getting my money back as have sent 2 emails asking for a full refund and the only response I've has is the automated one.

Ultamodan website is an Absolute SCAM!!!!!
It is 6th June 2022 and still no refund from ULTAMODAN.
Their last reply dates 20 Apr 2022 and it reads precisely as below:
Thank you for your message and we appreciate your time with us. We have already forwarded your complaint to our accounts team regarding the delay in the processing of your refund.
We will update you with the refund notification once the order is refunded. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Ordered a coat in Jan 2022,was told up to 4 weeks delivery. 4 weeks later, Didnt arrive, I emailed them for them to tell me they didnt know when they were getting stock. So I asked for a refund. They issued an email saying refund was being processed. This was in Feb 2022. Been emailing them since amd all I get back is we are processing it sorry for the delay!!! Quick enough taking people's money. Still refund. You get the same crap emailed back to you all the time. They never answer the phone either. Scammers. Now I've lost £55. Shouldnt be allowed to do this to people.
