AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wouldn't even give this company one star but there wasn't an option for zero. They took £35 for an item I ordered in November 2021. They kept telling me there was a delay as it wasn't in stock. It was meant to be a Xmas gift, but by January I decided to ask for a refund instead. They basically told me they can't refund me and I need to dispute it through my bank however its too late to do that so I now have Trading Standards involved. 9 months on and they have basically stolen my money!

Don’t order off this site, they kept telling me my order was being processed and I never received it.

My last review got taken down as it was labelled as defamatory or fake…how am I meant to leave a review that says OTHERWISE when my item was ordered 6 months ago and I still don’t have it?
When I followed them up they told me I had been put on a “priority” list and I have sent 2/3 emails since and heard nothing.

Absolute scam. Unfortunately I only read these reviews after I paid for items I will never receive. Have reported them to the Trading Standards and to Action Fraud. But of course will never see my money again.

Scam company, takes your money, doesn’t send goods. Corresponds with you until you can’t get a refund from your bank. ROBBERS

Joke of a company! Keeps removing my review! Genuinely ordered a jacket but no delivery no refund no contact! Do not order off these people! Why are they not shut down yet? Look at all the other reviews! Same experiences from other people! Rather give my money to charity!

Dear trust pilot I have given you a screenshot of receipt from Bank of the money paid to ultamodan and costs incurred for court. So far no acknowledgement anyway no matter what people say this woman director Davina Prassad gets away with taking people's money. Mrs jameson

Scam company, took months and months for a refund that I thankfully only got because I did the payment through Klarna. Package kept saying processing at warehouse. They never sent it out. So I queried and queried but the customer service was very suspicious too in their talking. Big waste of time and money don’t bother ordering.

This company stole from me too. Ordered a jacket 22nd January 2022 no jacket no refund not even from bank. Want reporting!

Failed to deliver the original order over nine months ago. Offered a follow up voucher which I then used to place a subsequent order. Again, the items Never to turn up. No response despite numerous e mailed requests. Do not order from them, a complete scam!!!

Stole my money!! Ordered jackets last year, did not deliver, asked for a refund in February and received an email saying my order has been cancelled but still have not received a refund. This company is a SCAM!! I wish I read the reviews here first before placing an order. I will be filing a police report for fraud/theft.

I order a jacket last in October 2021. After repeatedly emailing them to ask about delivery (and constantly being told that they were sorry and it's on it's way), it's now July 2022 and still nothing! I've been told I can go through a convoluted process to get a voucher, but even that is not forthcoming.
I've asked for a refund and surprise surprise, no reply.

Stole my money and countless other people online never receive product. I can’t believe they are still on Instagram and continue to operate. They should be stopped. Please save your hard earned money. This company is a scam. No one has received product. They off we standard comment in DM but same comment continues it’s been well over. A year. They just last week cancelled my order all together and said bad luck after waiting for a year!

I Have been waiting for a refund since October 2020 for a jacket and some jeans, 1 item that didn't arrive until maybe 5 months later and the other that never arrived at all, I returned the one of the items straight away with proof of receipt, still no refund for both items dispute multiple emails sent out. Absolutely disgusting thieving scam of a company, avoid!!!!

Ultamodan last response 23rd June have stated that any response will be dealt through email. This is not going to happen. Ultamodan you need not only to return my money but also all the other customers that you Fraudulently took their money without them getting their order or refund.

Ladies stop ordering from Ultramodern they are a Fraudulent company.

I didn't even want to give this company 1 star. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered a body warmer last year April 2020 and still haven't received a refund after sending multiple emails!

Awful company to deal with, ordered a jacket last March and never received the jacket or a refund despite sending numerous emails, eventually I gave up but now after reading all these other bad reviews it doesn’t surprise me now… dreadful way to treat customers

Ordered a leopard trench coat in January and still have not received but I see the coat is still showing up on there website as if available so you tell me what I am to do so frustrating I have
sent a number of emails but keep getting same response with no positive outcome
No 💰 money returned or no sign of my coat these guys need to take responsibility for there lack of customer service
