I ordered with them in January 25 emails later of promises to get my item to me they still have not sent it. I strongly advise not to purchase from them. Absolute disappointment

They deserve 0 stars. DO NOT Purchase! They are cold hearted theives! They are scammers. Worst of all I purchased via Klarna, over a year later,I STILL have not received my purchased items. I even though I told Klarna to stop the payments,but they foolishly did not stop the payments. I am still back and forth with Klarna to get my refund back from Ultamodan plus compensation.

I have been waiting for my refund since May its now August £42.
They do not answer the phone and just has a recorded message saying agents are busy then cuts off constantly.
I have sent many emails and again they do not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
NOTHING FITS.POOR SIZES.POOR RETURNS

It's a scam. I never received my order and I've been fighting for a refund for 6 months to no avail.

If I could give this company a zero I would. Ordered a jacket in January and paid £19.99 for express delivery . 30 days later no jacket . Asked for a full refund and was fobbed off for 5 months until one email suggested I go back to my credit card as their payment system for refunds was shut down . I immediately did that and got my money back through my cc company . I suggest anyone waiting on a refund do this immediately as there is only 180 days to dispute a transaction with credit cards . I wish I had read reviews for this company before I ordered . Live and learn

This is scam, no item which I ordered was sent, no refund after 6 months and several emails. Claim ‘recharge’ from your payment method asap as you won’t receive an order !!!!!!!

Truly horrendous company do not use.. Ordered items that were never received and no refund either!! 8 months on and it’s the same auto generated email.. Total Scam…

The Accounts Team has been working hard since April!!

They have responded to every to every eMail I have sent. I guess that they then just bin them as action is not a word they understand.

Similar to quite a few people I have been absolutely scammed by this company... Bought something 3 months ago, it never arrived and they have now stopped responding and emails and attempts to get a refund. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I am going to report to ombudsman right away seeing how many people they have scammed already.

SCAM bought a coat when money was tight because I only had a thin jacket this was October 2021 still no coat and they said I would not be able to have a refund because of a phase out period what a load of crap robbers

Do not buy anything from this company. They will take your money but you never get the goods or a refund. I ordered something 8 months ago, and they kept telling me it was on its way, and then when it hadn't arrived after 3 months, I have kept asking for a refund. They finally told me to claim back on my Credit Card, which I did, but by then it was too late to claim anything back from them - I had left it too long.

It is a scam company and should at least not be allowed to trade any more, but in fact, they should be prosecuted for taking money from people fraudently.

It is now over 12 months since I ordered a trench coat from this website. I asked for a refund last year and they say that my refund has been processed but no money has credited to my bank account. This website is an absolute scam. Do not give these people your money as you will not receive anything in return.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered November 2021. They started with the order is on the way and now they keep on asking me to prove I ordered from them. After I sent them evidence from the bank, they now no longer respond to my email

Clothes Rubbish, Quality rubbish, service rubbish, delivery times rubbish, refund ? after 5 months still non existent.

This website is a joke. Have been chasing and chasing them to get a refund for months for a jacket I never received. They would email me back saying it’s in the middle of being processed. Again, months pass and still no refund. I attempt to contact them again and they tell me the merchant refund portal is now “obsolete”. They know exactly what they’re doing. Biggest scam I’ve ever came across. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. How it is still allowed to function is beyond me. Absolute joke.

Wrote a review in March about not getting my refund well guess what no refund yet this company is a disgrace should not be trading my original order was made in December of 2021 and still no refund the company should be prosecuted for treating customers like this keeping customers money they owe me 38.00 no doubt I will get an email from them after this review saying they are processing my refund yeah of course they are

I am only giving one star as the option for no stars is not available. DO NOT ORDER anything from this company. How it is still trading and advertising I cannot understand !! Reading these reviews it is obvious that they are thieves. I only wished I had read them before placing my order. I placed an order in November 2021 by March I gave up asking when my order was being despatched after being told several times it was top priority but they were so busy etc.etc. and asked for a refund. Patiently and Naively I waited and believed the emails saying it was being processed. Now I’ve left it too late to claim from my Credit Card Company...looking into what I can do next. It might not be a lot of money to some people but it is to me ☹️

Same experience as everyone else. I Haven’t received my order or a refund for the jacket my daughter ordered in March of this year. Keep getting the runaround with emails. Very disappointed with this website!
