Top notch customer service
I went to buy a pair of hiking boots and had absolutely no idea what was best for me. I was assisted by a fantastic member of staff called Kaliah who recommended the best type of boot I should choose for the climate and type of terrain I would be hiking on. I was able to try multiple pairs with Kaliah having to go up and down the stairs to collect a new pair each time but she was more than happy to do this for me. She also went above and beyond by checking the stores website to make sure I was paying the best price. Because of her knowledge and exceptional customer service I felt really satisfied with the boots I had chosen and will be returning again to the store each time I need to buy any outdoor gear. Great job Kaliah 😉

Exemplary customer service
Returned a pair of faulty walking shoes. Had no receipt, just credit card statement with date of purchase. The staff took the trouble to track the purchase and refund the cost against a new pair. The same pair was not available in my size ,so I selected a more expensive pair. Ryan A applied a 20% discount on the purchase to make the price as close to the original as possible. I was thoroughly delighted with the service from the cashier ( whose name I've unfortunately forgotten) and Ryan.
