Stress free shopping experience
We would like to say a big thank Kaliah from Ultimate Outdoors, Riverside, Northampton. We wanted to buy a good rucksack and walking shoes, and Kaliah helped us for an hour or so and never once looked or sounded frustrated that we took our time. Such a great help and very patient.
