The website allowed me to order a new rucksack when in actual fact there was apparently no stock of the item. I thought it was on its way and didn’t hear anything for several days and then just got a cancellation email and have to wait 7 days for my money back. Really bad website and really bad service. A total inconvenience from start to finish. I wouldn’t use ultimate outdoors again.

Is this company still in business?? I ordered a mini fridge 8 days ago and still haven't received it. The order confirmation email says to contact the customer support email address but it just bounces back and says to use the web form to contact customer support. But when I submit a question on the web form I only get an automated reply. No one answers the phone when I try to call, so I'm left wondering whether anyone works there and whether I will ever receive the fridge that I paid for! Starting to get very worried. Either the company has gone out of business and taken people's money, or they just have extremely poor customer service. Do not order from them!

Package arrived damaged and taped up. Upon opening items were missing, probably in the back of a van somewhere.
Tried contacting customer support and was told items were delivered as cctv showed it was packed, despite attaching picture of damaged packaging. Heavy items had clearly fallen out due to damage. Only a low cost item, but more about the principal. You can't even reply to a customer care response, not good service at all. I guess that the risk you take with online retail.

Half my delivery was not delivered
I immediately tried the phoneline from 8am each day- no answer...about 40mins spent in total
Kept being told that they split packages so not to worry...
Used the webform - got a response after 36hrs and they quoted the fact that they had CCTV of my order being packed as proof that they would not investigate my claim.
Evri are obviously to blame if that's the case but Ultimate outdoors made me feel like a criminal with the mention of CCTV!
"Following a thorough review of the CCTV footage from our warehouse, I can confirm that your order was picked, packed, dispatched and delivered together as one complete shipment. Based on this evidence, we are unable to accept your claim at this time, and I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."
Really disappointing approach to customer care and I'm out of pocket £36 . I will now have to take on Evri without any support from Ultimate Outdoors.

Bought a camping bed but haven't received it from evri been waiting over a week. There saying the package is too large to deliver and will need a specialised carrier to bring deliver it so to me they have lost it, because my mate ordered one that stays next door and was delivered the next day so yeah full of noodles so they are?

Ordered Sarpa hiking boots due to very good price and delivery date in time for walking holiday. On the Ultimate Outdoors website it stated that the courier would be DPD which I was pleased with. However Evri have been used instead and the parcel is now delayed and Evri are unable to state why. I have tried to contact the Ultimate Outdoors customer service contact email on their website but recieved an automatic email, directing me to fill a form out which then gives you a bot response which was unhelpful. It seems you have to jump through hoops to make a complaint. I have replied again to another automated email response. It seems I'm not going to get the boots for my walking holiday as Evri appear to be keeping a hold of them for now. Ultimate Outdoors, please don't advertise that you use DPD amd then use Evri. If I had have known I wouldn't have orded, due to previous negative experiences.

1. Careful with your sizes of this product, it is a slimfit top. I ordered XXL, and it 'just' fits. I am usually only (very occasionally XL), but I had read the reviews
2. The colour doesn't represent what was on the website (although I like the colour, so happy to keep it. Might have been more of an issue if I was trying to match other clothing)
3. The delivery took longer than I expected

I went over to this store this morning for a good pair of walking boots. I was surprised and disappointed to find that the lovely shop I had visited 2 weeks was now an Outlet store. Although the staff were very friendly, there were no boots in my size and most of the footwear was trainers and running shoes.
