First time user of ultimate outdoors.Found the website very good,prices very good and delivery through Evri excellent.Reading some of the reviews I did wonder if I would have any issues.I subscribed on the website and got a discount code which used against some more goods .Ordered on saturday both deliveries came at midday on Wednesday . Will use again and can only recommend this company.

Ignoring me). UO launched a missing parcel investigation and sent a replacement immediately, which did arrive, although again, thanks to Evri, I had to go and find it in the car park at the back
Of my house. Luckily it was still there. I recommend they stop using Evri

I feel bad for giving only three stars, but because of the delivery company you use it’s made the whole experience a bit rubbish. The delivery company (Evri) you use has still not delivered my boots I ordered from you. It’s been over a week since I should have received them. And I’m still waiting. I may order again from you. But I pray you use another delivery company. Because this has ruined the whole experience for me. I was really looking forward to wearing my new boots.

I have paid for next day delivery and I have received my parcel after 1 week and 2 days. My emails has been ignored completely. I have said I dont want this parcel and you have sent it anyway. I will never buy again from Ultimate Outdoors.
Additionally, the return process is sooo complicated. They dont send courier to pick up order bought online. They told me to bring it to store for free (pffff) or go to post office and send it using my own money again, and then later call them again to get money back. It is just a joke, So wasting time! 1/5, even 0/5

Not impress at all. Firstly order 2 items and received one, then have to wait 2 days for footage proof trate me like cheater, 3rd even after the second item was dispatched, I do understand from the delivery company, not from the CS team who was already in contact with me. Yes, the products are quality, but the CS and what happened with the missing item originally are nothing else then rubbish. Will do not buy again from you.

Bought a tent, some camping chairs and a pump for an upcoming camping trip. Postage was prompt and arrived three days later, however the tent was nowhere to be seen. I contacted Ultimate Outdoors and after checking my bank account discovered I had been refunded the price of the tent, however no one had decided to inform me that my tent was not on its way- in fact it was on the email I received confirming my order had been dispatched. I understand issues can occur in the warehouse leading to items being unavailable sometimes but my issue was the lack of information, it would have been nice to be told so I could find another tent in good time.

Disastrous experience.
Fibs from Customer Service and a slow to deal with anything.
Ordered 1800 Sat, during checkout advised the order had failed. So checked email - nowt and replaced order. I was wrong,
I now had two £50 orders. I raised a order cancellation within 15 mins - automated answer said no - too busy packing everything...only 48 hours to stop the order before it left their warehouse...
So I had to call them Monday morning. Will not remove from warehouse - had to wait "24 hours" for the parcel to be sent out and then returned....
Called again Monday PM - "Will be in 24 hours". Just told non-truths to get me off the phone.
Rubbish CS - still no refund, expect another phone call.
Fast approaching a week and no refund no comms, nothing.
Evri RTB takes 7-14 days, everyone knows it.
Dear Ultimate Outdoors, I would love a refund, else I will have to claim it from PayPal. Glad I used PayPal.

Its just an average shop, nothing to boast about here. Though the returns process is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced, after paying £4 for a tiny item it arrives a couple days later and does its job, eventually didn’t need it so went to return it, not only did they knock that £4 off the total price meaning I’m down the price of 2 wetherspoons pints, they also have the audacity to charge me £2 for return delivery up front (Why they can’t take it away from the return amount is beyond me), so now I’m down 3 wetherspoons pints and realised that I payed £4 for the original shipping that they clearly only need to charge £2 for, not only am I down all these pints, but they’ve made a profit! aliexpress has a better return system and that requires me to send items back across the world. Get a grip ultimate outdoors
