Great service fast delivery

Good quality product at the right price

I received a damaged OS map, and the company handled the problem very quickly and efficiently, processing a refund promptly.

Definitely would give 5 * but the delivery company that ultimate outdoor use Evri are absolutely useless, waited for days for my delivery everyday they let me down, evri delivery depot is near me so I went in person for my parcel, I had to wait for the driver to come in to work because the driver had taken it home, along with other parcels shocking service.

Unsure if this will reach anyone however I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and also the ability for me to contact yourselves.

The generic number online is basically an answering service. I called on Friday the 16th May for an order update as it still said processing. The lady told me that it would be picked fom From the warehouse on Friday or latest Saturday.

Today - Monday 19th my order still said Processing so imagine my surprise when I called the generic number to be told my order has only just been placed today (completely incorrect order was placed Thursday 15th May I have a bank record to prove it. Then I was fobbed off with "I will email the warehouse to speed up delivery" I ordered on Thursday. My delivery shouldn't have to be sped up it should be on its way.

It is for my son's 16th Birthday on Wednesday and was his main gift with it being £350 he doesn't have anything else!!!!!!!

If I would've known the service would have been so poor I would've bought elsewhere.

I need the bike to be here on or before this Wednesday as that's his birthday....

Please can someone respond urgently

Service was amazing. A young man called Aidan helped us find exactly what we needed for our camping trip. Very helpful even with us changing our mind multiple times, always had a positive approach. Deffo recommend using this place.

Dreadful returns policy when they send you the wrong item which is not covered in their returns portal. Wasted numerous phone calls and now having to arrange my own courier to return the item at my own expense. I do not have trust that I will even get a refund of this courier expense. There is a systems failure with the returns policy which requires management to address...

Ryan S was really patient and helpful whilst we tried on walking boots. All the staff were friendly and the customer service was great.

Another successful trip to Ultimate Outdoors at Riverside in Northampton. The staff are so kind and friendly - always happy to help. Libby was a superstar today helping us pick the right tent at the right price - delighted with our 5 man Berghaus and she couldn’t have been more helpful! Thank you ❤️

Kim was so helpful, we needed kit for DofE. Kim came around with us making sure we had the correct items and showed my daughter how to wear the backpack properly. Her help made our shopping so much easier.

Experience in store was great. Kim and Julie were exceptionally helpful. Had quite a bit to buy and were helping take things off my hands and then helped get a large tent to the car. Great service.

On a recent visit I was looking for some new walking trainers, and both my son and husband were after new coats. Leah P was exceptionally helpful, patient and knowledgeable with regard to the footwear. Ryan A assisted with the coats and we could not fault the service we received.

This is the second time I have visited this store, first time to do my research and today to make the purchase. The service and knowledge of all colleagues that I have encountered has been amazing with a nothing is too much trouble approach. Well done ultimate outdoors riverside, Northampton! I will be back to shop again.
