I received great support from the sales…

I received great support from the sales representative, who helped me update the shipping adress, which i mistakingly put in wrong in the original order. I would hoveder expect at this price, that the shipping company they choose to use is able to help with getting the package inside, when you order a table shipped in a box measuring 1,6m x 1,6m, and weighing in excess of 60kg!

Great products

Great products. I have lighting solutions from Umage in 2 of my houses and for sure will keep using the brand in future. Tasteful minimalistic designs. Creates great ambiance at home. I am a big fan for a few years already :)

Carrier must be changed

Everything seemed to be ok (shipment on time..)but I don’t have yet my product as my parcel is lost and no possibilities to make any claim towards the carrier. I sent 2 mails to Umage and no news till now.

new leafs to Carmina lampa

We orders new leafs to our carmina lamps and that worked very easily and smooth.
But the reason for ordering i new leafs is the old ones only lasted 5 years. We hope these new will last lounger.

Faulty product, non existent customer service

The transformer/driver I ordered arrived faulty. I wrote to the company twice, but no response received. The company doesn't deliver to the UK, though their sell the product in the UK, soI had to collect the product from Germany. Very complicated. If it wasn't specific driver for my light I needed, I wouldn't even bother with this company.

Online Store and Service

I ordered 4 time flies chairs from the online store. After I received an order confirmation, nothing happened for a week. After I asked, they canceled my order and told me that the chair was currently out of stock. When I asked when it would be back in stock, the answer only came after many days. They referred me to the information on the homepage. The chair is listed as available there. All in all, I consider this to be very poor customer service with an apparently out-of-date homepage. I still haven't got the chairs. I am totally dissatisfied with the service.

Quality product

The quality of the product is excellent. The delivery was made in normal time and the packaging of the product in full Danish style: essential and elegant. There were also some seeds for planting as a gift.

Umage table lamp not standing straight

We have Umage table lamp in red but I don’t manage to get it standing straight. It was always leaning against the wall but now that I disassembled it to try and fix the problem the part that you rotate seems to be not working well. Do you have tips how I could fix it?

It was easy and fast

It was easy to scroll through the photos in the webshop, the payment was fast and efficient, and it only took two days before the lamp arrived. The packing was excellent and the instruction booklet easy to follow. I am enjoying the light from the lamp (always a bit of an issue when buying on the net). So all in all, it couldn't be better. I won't hesitate to buy from umage.com again.
