Multiple deliveries of bad quality and damage
Every time I get a delivery the blinds are damaged and I have to fix them myself, either package them better, or find a decent courier. Seems like they have no quality checks either.

Bespoke blinds order
I ordered bespoke blinds - When call them, i have been informed that waiting time is about 6 days - took them 2 weeks, Then they send wrong size pulling cords (way to short even for me 6.4 foot)so it was another week of waiting for that.
3 blinds for £510.
After i checked my local shops - they offer me exact same material with fitting for £350 next day. So check your local companies before buying online from 'the cheapest' company !

We're sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. Your order was placed on 4th May during the Bank Holiday weekend and was processed on 5th May, the next working day. Our quoted lead time for bespoke blinds was 6 working days, and your order was delivered on 15th May, which was one working day beyond the stated lead time. We apologise for this slight delay.
Regarding the control chain length, the installation height was not provided when the order was placed, so the blinds were manufactured with our standard control length, which is supplied in accordance with current child safety regulations. As soon as we were made aware that a longer chain was required for your installation, we supplied replacement clutches with longer chains free of charge.
We would also note that the blinds ordered were manufactured using a commercial-grade blackout fabric that complies with relevant fire safety standards. This type of specialist fabric is typically more expensive than a standard domestic blackout roller blind fabric, and pricing comparisons with alternative products may not reflect like-for-like specifications.
We appreciate that you found alternative local options after placing your order. As all of our blinds are made to measure and manufactured to the specifications provided at the time of ordering, pricing and lead times can vary between suppliers depending on the products and services included.

The fabric supplied for your blind is a 100% blackout fabric, designed to prevent light passing through the material itself. However, when a roller blind is installed within a window recess, some light leakage around the sides of the blind is unavoidable due to the space required for the operating mechanism and brackets. This is a characteristic of all standard recess-fit roller blinds rather than a fault with the fabric.
Regarding the delivery charge, the postage cost was based on the delivery location selected at the time of ordering. Delivery charges are clearly displayed before checkout, allowing customers to review all costs before completing their purchase.

I ordered made to measure blinds, taped. They are beautiful, I took the insurance and unfortunately needed that, I mis measured and had to return one, this was managed and exchanged easily. When I called they were helpful and the blinds were easy to put up.

I ordered blinds with 5" slats and was not informed by your site that you did not do this size so I went along with my order only to receive 3.5" which obviously don't fit my windows. I am not pleased with your service and am out of pocket to the tune of £71. Also I have a box of slats I can't do anything with. For any future customers I suggest you update your web site to reflect the fact that 5" are not available.

We would like to clarify that our website clearly states that our replacement vertical blind slats are 89mm (3.5") wide. This information is displayed within the product description and specifications to help customers ensure they are ordering the correct size for their blinds.
Unfortunately, we do not manufacture or supply 127mm (5") slats, and at no point during the ordering process is this size advertised as being available. As replacement slats are cut to the specifications ordered, we are unable to accept responsibility where an incorrect size has been selected without first checking the existing slat width.
We appreciate your suggestion regarding the website and continually review our product pages to ensure sizing information is as clear as possible for customers.

Good quality and quick to receive
Having read some reviews I was a little unsure however am delighted with our Savina dark grey replacement slats (x22) for our patio door.
Quick dispatch and delivery, received within a week.
At approx £50 I was not expecting such good quality and well made.
We paid for measure protect just in case but it was not needed as they fit perfectly (and I must have measured correctly!)
Very easy to install and they come with the all the attachments needed, top hangers, bottom weights and chain.
We had a minor issue receiving one weight short but a quick email to customer service which was replied to the same day and missing weight was sent and received within a couple of days.
Considering previous made to measure quotes were £160-300 we will definitely be back to replace other blinds in our home.
