Roller blind arrived with frayed edges…

Roller blind arrived with frayed edges not the quality i was expecting from a £144 roller blind customer service were not very helpful i had to return it a cost to myself via PayPals instructions not unbeatable blinds instructions they were quite happy to make me wait 7-10 days for the factory mangers input as to what should happen I will never use this company again

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order and appreciate the frustration caused.

Gemma has been actively handling this matter and, as discussed, we agreed that the blind should not have arrived with the minimal fraying shown in the images provided. This was raised directly with our factory manager as part of the ongoing review of your case.

We would also like to clarify that the “3% openness” specification relates to the amount of light transmission through the fabric, not the density or visibility of the weave itself. As a result, comparing fabrics from different manufacturers solely by appearance can sometimes be misleading, even when they share the same openness rating.

Regarding manufacturing, we work with specialist fabric suppliers to produce our blinds to specification, which is standard practice within the industry. The reference on the paperwork simply identifies the order as being supplied through Unbeatable Blinds.

At no stage have we intended to delay matters or be awkward regarding your refund. As your PayPal case remains open, the resolution process must follow PayPal’s procedures, and this is currently being reviewed accordingly. We understand this has been inconvenient, particularly while waiting to replace the blind, and we apologise for that experience.

We always aim to resolve issues fairly and professionally and appreciate your patience while the case is finalised.

Product is ok

Product is ok, however doesn’t seem too sturdy. Looks nice, concerned it won’t last long as fell off clips. Delay in delivery from proposed date.

Reliable product, good customer service

Whilst I was searching for blinds for…

Whilst I was searching for blinds for my bifold doors, I came across their website on Facebook.
The price just like the name was unbeatable so I thought I would order some samples to be sent out to me. After receiving the samples, I decided to place an order with them.
Gemma contacted me through email a few days later notifying me the the blinds I have ordered are out of stock until July, but they offered me the same blinds in their blackout range at no extra costs.
The customer service I received from placing the order till receiving my blinds was amazing and I am also very happy with the quality of the
blinds.
I would highly recommend Unbeatable Blinds to anyone who's looking for good quality blinds and great service at an very affordable price.

Wrong blind sent, no replacement offered

A blind with the wrong fitting was sent and then when I asked for the twist and fit blind which I ordered (I cant drill due to tile) I was told Id ordered the wrong one and they wont replace. My order was checked twice. I have ordered a couple of time previous without any issues but this time unfortunately has left me £140 out of pocket.

However, we can see that you spoke with Gemma at Customer support, who has arranged for the Twist Fit components to be sent out as a gesture of goodwill so the blind can still be installed without drilling into your tiles.

No communication about order, blind in poor creased condition and definitely did not stay up.

No communication about order, no updates on delivery, just 7/10 days, lucky I was in when it just turned up. The Roman blind was very creased and not what I expected and the no drill twist was a complete disaster, put it up as instructed, click the key the correct way and fell straight down. Eventually after many attempts, we then had to screw it to the window sill to stay up, then steam iron the blind to get it to look at least half decent or throw it in the bin. completely a waste of over £200, not cheap but I would not recommend this company.
