Blind is excellent quality
Blind is excellent quality, very well-made. Took longer than expected to arrive, which is why I'm giving 4 stars. I will say though that I emailed them on a Sunday asking what had happened to my delivery, and then it arrived on Tuesday, and it looks like they used an overnight courier to get it to me. I would say that the customer service is excellent, and I will definitely be using them again.

Great blinds I ordered accidentally in mm instead of cm so they came tiny but luckily I had protection so was able to send them back and re order. they came a a week later and there all fitted

Initial dispatch was quick within 2 days however we the blinds needed to be returned. That took over 2 weeks to get the new ones (haven’t received them as yet sent back 2 weeks ago)

Nice blinds, custom built, and fast delivery. Quite pricy but that’s because they are built to your chosen size. I suggest get to get the insurance, if they don’t fit they will make more at no extra cost.
