I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. I ordered custom-made blinds and paid separately for a professional installer to fit them, only to discover that the brackets supplied were too small and would not clip into place properly. The installer even had to stretch the brackets in an attempt to make them work, and the middle bracket could not be fitted at all. Instead of taking responsibility and properly resolving the issue, the company repeatedly dismissed my concerns and blamed the installation, despite a professional clearly confirming the brackets were the problem. I spent a long time going back and forth through emails trying to get help, but I felt completely ignored and unsupported throughout the process. Rather than offering a proper resolution or refund, they only offered replacement brackets as a “gesture of goodwill,” even after admitting a smaller bracket could have been sent by mistake. After already paying for installation and being left with blinds that could not be installed correctly, I found their customer service unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take accountability. I would not order from this company again. Avoid SCAMMERS!!!

We are sorry to hear you remain dissatisfied with your experience. After reviewing the images and information provided, our customer support team, including Gemma, confirmed that the brackets supplied were the correct 50mm size for the blinds ordered. A 50mm headrail would not physically fit into a 35mm bracket, which indicates the issue was not caused by incorrect bracket sizing.

We also identified that the brackets had been installed back to front, which would prevent the blind from clipping into place correctly and explains the fitting difficulties experienced, including the issue with the centre bracket.

While we appreciate this situation has been frustrating, we did thoroughly investigate the matter and offered replacement brackets as a goodwill gesture in an attempt to assist further, despite the supplied components being confirmed as correct for the order placed.

We always aim to support our customers and respond fairly based on the evidence available. We are disappointed by the accusation of “scammers,” as this does not reflect the care taken by our team throughout the process.

DEFINITELY BEYOND BEATABLE IN FACT UNBUYABLE MORE LIKE!

bought a blind worth over £100 yet the fabric used is cheap that light seep through held together by plastic and the rope is poor designed that it disconnects everytime you pull! On top of that robotic unhelpful customer service tries to defer blame onto the customer and forces them t keep a defective product when it should be returned and refunded! Have escalated to get my money back DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! All these 5 Star reviews are paid by bots!!!

Response to their response: Can you read? These are design and quality flaws with cheap plastic being used including for the interconnector thatkeeps disconnecting when pulling. They will keep generating excuses to force the product on you don’t bother

2 separate dates were given for…

2 separate dates were given for dispatch as the 1st order i had to chase up, so second date was given which again I had to chase up as no tracking details were provided, the order was placed on the 21/04/26 third email sent to see where the order was at i was told order complete was not order dispatched but had the email stating they were ready for dispatch on the 2 dates given 27/04/26 then the 08/04/ 26, chased this up fourth time requesting a refund , to be told that they did not have enough materials to fulfill the order , so 2 dispatch dates and no materials to make the blinds is where we are at, should of said this in the first place. Let's hope I get my refund! Would of given 0 stars but there was not an option,.

Great blinds, great price

Honestly, if I could give Unbeatable Blinds more stars I would. Ordering online is often tricky especially if you’re older. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable. When the blinds arrived (well within the time range I was given) there was a little splinter but I couldn’t check until the joiner came to fix them up whether it came from a fault with the blinds or was just random. The company assured me that any fault would be resolved by them. The blinds are absolutely gorgeous and easy to fix … unless you are elderly!

Unbeatable blinds provide a fantastic service and deliver exceptionally well made items. I have used them twice and both times I have been more than pleased with the result. The blinds arrive after approximately one week and they are very well packaged. They are very sturdy, high quality and look amazing on my windows. I definitely recommend them. easy to order and delivery was…

easy to order and delivery was excellent - ordered over weekend and delivered Tuesday! - can't complain at all.

Very good, I ordered blinds to replace 100 slates in my conservatory but I orderd 17 a diffrent size and they were slightly too long but still look OK I suppose. Didn't know if I could have replaced
