Previously I had rated a lower star due to names not aligning but they immediately got with me through email & showed me how to flip the names. (Common sense lol) but it was an immediate response and just in time for Father’s Day. I love it.

The bracelet I ordered is smaller than they claimed. I asked for an additional link and the links are not soldered together and they did not send out additional links. Return is a ridiculous 30nrestocking fee plus shipping. Also clasp is very cheap and bendable. I am now left with a useless $40 bracelet. I have now seen the response and it is a lie. I have responded to EVERY email they have sent. They have sent me two emails over the past 8 weeks reassuring me they will make this right but they have done NOTHING. They told me a replacement bracelet would be sent and I would receive tracking info. That has also NOT happened.

First time I placed an order with this company. But they were 100% trustworthy and delivered my custom orders in a timely manner. The quality of the jewelry was as described and much appreciated by myself and the recipients of the jewelry that I gifted as well.

I purchased a bracelet as a birthday gift for my partner. Ordering on Luminessa's website was really easy, the leather braided bracelet and engraved silver colour custom beads look great. Delivery service was also excellent, regular progress updates sent, until the bracelet arrived days after ordering. Delighted with my purchase and am sure my partner will love this.

The bracelet is very nice, and seems to be well made. When I received it, one of the name links was backwards and upside down. I was actually worried that I might not be able to get it fixed because I haven't heard anything about this company before. But I reached out to the company anyway, and got an email with a video showing me how to fix it. The video gave a very simple and clear example of what to do. I followed the instructions and in just a second the problem was corrected. Relatively fast shipping (for something that has to be made to order), good customer service, good product. Thank you

The item I ordered took 24 days to arrive despite the delivery time being stated as 5 - 8 days. This was way past the date of the birthday it was intended for. I know it was not going to arrive in time so I asked to cancel the order, my request was ignored and the item arrived 9 days past the birthday. I have been emailing back and forth with this company being promised that someone will look in to it with very sporadic replies blaming the change of marketing from one name (Unbracelet to Luminessa). I was offered a voucher to the value of the item I purchase but due to the bad experience I do not plan to order with them again. I ordered a similar product from a seller on Etsy which arrived in time and was of significant better quality than the item from this company. I would not recommend using this company.

This is the second product I have purchased and again found the process simple and on receipt of the bracelet it was of a good quality and as described.
From the initial ordering the company kept me fully updated slin relation to the item and its expected delivery time.
I would recommend this company for both the product quality and customer updating.

They were very helpful in helping me understand how to aline the names on the bracelet!

I ordered a bracelet 18 days ago and have heard nothing. When I went on the website the name of the business now changes to Luminessa Jewelry. I emailed the contact address to find out where my order is and have heard nothing since.

Not received my order meant be 5/8 days.

Ordered a bracelet and I've not received this. When contacting customer services the email bounced back. No other way of communicating. Concerned this maybe a scam company.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered one of the personalised rope bracelets on 08/12 for my partner for Christmas. it’s that flimsy and cheaply made that the bracelet is impossible to actually close. The piece isn't fit to wear.

I went back and forward with a customer service agent called Eric Legrand who advised me that this was escalated to the ‘correct team’ and someone would be in contact. Nobody contacted me instead I got a shipping email to say another bracelet was on its way to me. So now I have 2 pieces of tack and no refund.

I have disputed this, as their website DOES NOT state that you can’t get a refund. I would never have ordered it with it being a Christmas present if this was the case. Of course I now can’t get any form of communication back from the company! Absolute disgrace, I would advise anyone to steer clear!

Easy use of the app via instagram. Delivered securely and packaged appropriately. Lovely item, strong, robust and well made. The engraving is tough and looks cool too. I haven't taken the bracelet off since it was delivered, including sleeping, showering, running and bathing and drying dogs which I do part-time. Overall extremely happy and would highly recommend.

I bought a bracelet as a gift. It arrived on time. And came beautifully wrapped. The bracelet it self was lovely the etchings were very clear. Great quality and design. Sizing was also spot on. The recipient loved it and said it was vey comfortable and had names of love ones which is such a lovely touch. Had no issues and when contacting this company there were brilliant, got back to me asap and answered any of my questions I had. polite friendly and supportive. I would Highly recommend. Thank you so much for creating such beautiful jewellery for men.

Excellent service from start to finish quality of product is amazing and our bracelet brought my dad to tears on Xmas day as it had my mum and brothers names on it who we have lost in 2016 and 2023 along with mine and my girls such a sentimental gift for him

My husband luved his bracelet it came in a beautiful box also customer service was very helpful and replied back straight away when I contacted them would definitely recommend.
