Excellent service, beautiful bracelet thank you

I ordered a necklace with engraving and it arrived with in correct placement of the names. I reached out to customer service and they contacted me immediately. They got right on it and sent me a second necklace which was engraved correctly. It’s very nice and arrived in time for me to give as a gift. Customer service was great and so is the product!

I recieved my bracelet just yesterday from Un Bracelet.
It was so easy to use the site to order what I wanted and then follow my orders progress. With it arriving in time stated.
Even before seeing my bracelet I was very impressed with the packaging. With it coming in a smart black gift box then inside a little velvet bag, so nice.
Then I got to my bracelet, I was so delighted with it straight away. Exactly what i ordered. It very well made with a lovely finish and looks expensive. Had lovely comments about it.
Would highly recommend you will NOT be disappointed.
Will be recommending Un Bracelet to friends,family and anyone who comments on my bracelet.

I have reviewed my original 1 star rating. You'll see below i was a very unhappy customer and getting increasingly frustrated with the lack of proper communication. That said the mens bracelet that i ordered was great quality and packaged lovely. Since my review UN have compensated me for my delays and losses and I ordered another bracelet which is equally of good quality, packaged lovely and this time delivery took 6 days. Looks like there are a lot of satisfied customers since my review and hope UN have now turned a corner as I have been happy with the issue resolution and the quality of items and delivery time. Thankyou.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Same position as a lot of others, no delivery in over 14wks. Apparently issues with postal services and now I've asked for a refund but numerous emails with response saying the same thing, we will unblock the situation but I'm.still in the same position 14wks later. All I want now is a refund but still can't get that. 09/07 still saying the same thing they will unblock. Now said theyve sent a replacement!!! What type of customer service is this! Bizarre. Ive already had to purchase an alternative so why would i want another bracelet 3 months later! I want a refund! Un have offered a giftcard for goodwill but i still have not had my replacement order so why would i want to order something else when i wont get it. Just provide a refund!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am going to take this further I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST UN BRACELET & ERIC LEGRAND IF MY ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE OR I GET A REFUND IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

Every time I contact them they say that it is down to a delay in the postal situation which has now passed and they were going to look into the couriers side of things. Very disappointed with this company! Present which I ordered didn’t arrive on time (don’t trust 7-10 days delivery)! Very poor customer service. They refused to refund my money. Neckless is very poor quality. It’s gonna go straight to bin!

I placed an order on the 01/12/22 for Christmas. The order didn’t arrive and I emailed them for a refund as now Christmas as passed and I don’t want it anymore! Made this perfectly clear on the several emails sent to them but they are refusing to refund me insisting that are sending me a replacement and to be patient!! Absolute scam!!

Awful company! Do not use! I ordered off this website and it said it would take 6-9 days for my parcel to arrive and it still hasn’t! My item was supposedly shipped off on the 22/12/22 and yet still no parcel! On the website it claims to have 7/7 reply by customer service, I have emailed countless times and no one has answered. My parcel does not have any traffic service with it so I’m not sure if I will even get my parcel. Ordered the bracelet as a Christmas gift for my father and it never arrived

Do NOT order from un bracelet. It states online that they are designed in Paris & Based in London yet they are actually ship from China, this isn't mentioned anywhere online, it was only when I received the tracking information that this came to light. I have contacted customer services several times expressing my upset and asking for a refund as when the order was placed in December it also said that it would only take 7 - 9 days to receive the item, yet when I looked at my tracking, it said it would be here by the 19th January, this would be over a month since i placed the order and way over the 7 - 9 days delivery. All Eric does at customer service's is ignores the part about requesting a refund and blames it on the delivery company. If it was possible to leave no stars than I would. Worst customer service I have ever had to speak too.

All customers who have left a poor review are being replied to asking customers to email them so they can resolve the problem. Ive already emailed several times previously and each time receive the same abrupt reply below, as if it’s my fault. Then they contact you to reply to them directly via Trustpilot and if you don’t then your review won’t be posted?!

For delivery times. It takes 24 to 72 hours for the preparation of the bracelet since these are specific engravings for each client. Afterwards, you have to add 8 to 12 days for the delivery of the package to your mailbox.”

This doesn’t fix the problem that the advert on the website says “receive you order in 3 days”. False advertising- none of this info was disclosed at ordering! Company also claims to be based in UK, but actually based in China. PS still waiting for item. Avoid company at all costs!!

Scam. I have ordered bracelet which come but is totally differnt than in the picture from the page. They sent the chippest stuff. Company is from China not from UK. Missing address and phone. Customer service answer me: everything okay !

Complete scam. I ordered a bracelet for my husband. They took the money but never sent it! I emailed their customer service and had no reply twice!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! My daughter bought me a bracelet from here for a gift but within weeks the charms came off! When I contacted the company they didn’t want to know and refused to refund or replace! APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY POOR QUALITY!!

I ordered a bracelet off this site, was sent an email asking for a further payment for it to be delivered. I stupidly entered my details for payment then my card was used for online payments.

Email saying it had been delivered but I never recieved it.

Ordered a bracelet for my wife who is a foster carer as well as a mother to our biological son. The bracelet broke within 1 day and the level of customer service provided by unbracelet is an absolute joke. This has been going on weeks and still not resolved. My advice avoid with all costs.
