The product arrived and I love it. Great quality and shipped within the time limit stated. The tracking on the shipping was wild though—so don’t watch that. The package (per Shop app) went from England to Northern Ireland to NYC to Palmetto GA to Atlanta GA (I’m 20-30 min away from Atlanta) to Arizona then back to GA lol. What? So if you just don’t watch that it’ll get there and be fine. Will purchase from them again for sure.

I have been asking nearly everyday for over a week for their return process, which is well within my rights and every email has been ignored. No number to call them on - awful customer service. Very happy to take your money, but not happy to return it even though they claim a hassle free returns process. Awful Awful Awful.
