I am sorry about your experience with our delivery time. As you can see from past reviews, we take pride in offering quick delivery and great customer service. In this case, UPS ground was selected as the delivery service. UPS ground is not an express service, so there is no guaranteed delivery date. UPS Ground only shows estimated delivery dates and can vary a day or two depending on factors out of our control. In all, your order is still being delivered in a timely manner.
Your order was placed on August 2nd at 11:03 PM, which is after business hours. We processed your order the next day, August 3rd. The items you ordered had to be drop shipped from the factory to you. Your order left the factory on August 4th. At checkout you selected UPS Ground which had an estimated 4 business day delivery. Your order is shown to be delivered tomorrow, August 10th which is 5 business days from your order date.

I love the commercial diving stickers
I love the commercial diving stickers. The non adjustable pop off valve works great. Then I definitely needed a new quick disconnect cause mine is shot. Thanks for the speedy service and emails when you are out of a product or help out in general. I think the personal contact is a great touch. 😁

Underwater Kinetics SL4 LED Lights
Underwater Kinetics SL4 LED lights showed up quickly and in great condition. These lights are still the pinnacle of general dive lights for everyday use. They are tough and should last many years if you clean them and lube the o-ring frequently. Thanks for a great product!
